Ok the major problem I see is that your a tad monster heavy....... so well try and even it out:
- Ocean Dragon lord (this cards a waste)
- 2x Aqua spirit
- star boy (not a card you wanna keep)
- gagagigo
- angler
- gora turtle
- spirit of the aqua
- cure mermaid
+ 2x mk3
+ nightmare penguin
+ 2x Abyss Soldier
+ Breaker the Magical Warrior

Now for more stability id change the Penguin Soldiers for couple of Magicians of Faith and Mermaid Knight for DD WLady, your choice.

- united we stand (if you wanna keep it.... side it)
if you go along with the MoF then take out 1 legendary ocean
+ salvage
- axe of despair
+ Lightning Vortex
+ 2 LLArea-B
