I like the look on this but try adding a Spirit Barrier, it combos great with Toon Def., but I would take out 1 Toon Summon Skull amd add another Toon Masked sorcerer, Toon Blue-Eyes is a big enought hitter, also try fitting in a Kaiser Seahorse, to get BETD out quicker, in my opinion, looks good, also can u rate/fix mine?

Keep the Summoned Skull take out the relinquished and add 2 scape goats(they can be used for special summoning some toons... add one more toon goblin attack and use metamorphisis for TER with scapegoat and ojama king with your summoned skulls.. maybe some other fusions as well.. Also a deliquent duo..Sorry but I think rituals specially relinquished are way to slow.
