The strategy is to this deck is to Summon or Special Summon the "XYZ" Pieces and remove them from play to Special Summon their fusion's. This can be accomplished by using Shining Angel, or Cyber Jar. Then once you have either XY-Dragon Cannon, XZ-Tank Cannon, YZ-Tank Dragon, or XYZ-Dragon Cannon on the field you use Night Assailant for a free field control.
Now for the Combos's
XY-Dragon Cannon, XZ-Tank Cannon, YZ-Tank Dragon, or XYZ-Dragon Cannon + Night Assailant - This is an easy combo to achieve. First you fusion summon one of the Dragon Cannon's, or Tank Cannon's. Then you activate their ability and discard Night Assailant, if you don't have another Night Assailant in your grave yard, then just bring any flip effect monster into your hand again, or if you do have another one in you grave yard, you put him in your hand. You can continue this loop until you have your opponents Spell/Trap zone emptied, or Monster zone destroyed, or even both.
Limiter Removal + Any one of the Machine Monsters - Another obvious combo, but effective. Imagine this, after destroying your opponents field with XYZ Dragon Cannon and Night Assailant, you then use Limiter Removal on XYZ Dragon Cannon and attack directly for 5600 direct damage! If that isn't game, then it is close to being game.
Dimension Fusion + The XYZ Monsters that are Removed from play - This combo is also obvious, but essential in this deck. Imagine after getting XYZ Dragon Cannon out, then activating this and getting another one out! And if you can, pull off the previous two combo's for game. Not many decks can survive a 12000 damage blow.
This is very thought out indeed but the problem is that when you don't parts of the combo you can get into trouble or early hand disruption can also hurt your stragedy..... Also take out Mobius the Frost Monarch for Blowback reason is that Blowback Dragon is a Machine :p
I have ran Blowback in my deck and it never really helped me out. Coin flipping was never my thing pokemon and it never really did me any good in Yugioh. The reason I chose Mobius was because of its effect. By the time I get Mobius in my hand, my opponent may have 1 or 2 Spell cards on the field. Mobius is there for S/T remover.

shining angels are nice, but 20 monsters is way too much. card d and mophing jar speed the deck a bit and dumps xyz pieces into the grave for you. delinquent duo cuts you opponents options down.

combo the soul release with dimension fusion.
- brain control
- enemy controller
+ 2 book of moon
book of moon is a better and more versatile card then brain control and enemy controller.

Shining Angels are improtant in this deck. How else am I supposed to get Y Dragon Head and Z Metal Tank on the field. I have tried Frontline Base but it never quite helped me the way I wanted it to. Side Decking it could be the way to go just in case. Cyber Jar is the card that really helps me out. It either gets me all three pieces or at least 2 of them. Sometimes it gets me Graceful Charity or Pot of Greed or the cards that I need to win. Seems like I rely on Cyber Jar more than any other card that draws.
