Well everyone, i want an honest review of this toon deck that im planning to make at the end of the week, i've been researching rulings and cards and whatever combo's i could do with it. So give me ur honest opinion and grade

Also how about Pyro Clock of Destiny in this deck so your toons can atk the turn they were summoned.............. Also invested in Emergency Provision instead of Spell economics and A Feather of a Phoenix

well the reason i put spell economics is because i wouldn't have to pay for using Toon World, so i wouldn't have to deduct 1000 LP every time i use the card. and no less its a continuous just in case someboy wants to MST the card.
Here is my reason for you putting Emergency Provision in this deck........
Your opponent just draw and activate MST on Toon World w/ you having 3 Toons on the monster you chain Emergency Provision to sacrifice Toon World and gain back a 1000 lps and your toons are stilled on the field.........

1)(Sorry if I offend you) I see what you are saying about Pyro Clock...but according to that ruling, it only works for cards like SORL, and other stuff.
Now to the deck. I also run toons so I think I can help out. Drop atleast 1 BETD fot TSS. Also 3 Toon Worlds is an over kill. So Drop a Toon World for Another Trunade. Toon Wolrd+Trunade=great Combo. Drop Spirit Reaper for either another Toon GAF, or Toon Gemini Elf. Scapegoats are also good in here because they can be used to special summon your toon monsters. This is all that I can think of right off the back, but I will post more when I think of them. I would rate it a 7/10 for right now.

That leaves you with a deck of 42 cards and 15 cards in your side deck, hope that this advice helped. If you have any questions as to why I moved around any of your cards then just ask.
what i really would like to know is how do i special summon with the toon deck. I see things mentioning special summon, but i dont exactly understand... can i automatically special summon a toon as long as toon world is on the field. And i appreciate all the opinions given to me i just consider fellow players lookin out for me. :cool:
Hey, doesn't look bad and it's nice to see someone going the creative route. Here's what I'd suggest but whatever, and it includes my reasoning : ):
-BE Toon Dragon x2: It's not worth the work for only 500 more atk.
-Masked Sorcerer x2: I don't think it would get the effect off enough to make it worthwhile.
-Spirit Reaper x1: He's being destroyed now days by airknight's and ox's
-Toon Goblin x1: I just think one would be fine but your choice.
-DD Assailant x1: I'd say put in the side for extra removal, not necessary main.
-Toon World x1: 2 should be fine for the deck since you'll be able to get back if in grave.
-Spell Economics x1: Not worth it for only 1 card to use it on.
-Feather of Phoenix x1: I don't think it fits the deck that well.
-7 tools x1: You'll have enough LP payments don't want to lose more.
-Toon Defense x1: Already losing enough why let them atk directly?
-Spirit Barrier x1: Useless if you don't have a monster and Toon D isn't out.
+Toon Summoned Skull x2: Easier summon not as much lost on field, only 500 less atk.
+Toon Mermaid x2: Give "free" field presence (special summon), good tribute for skull.
+Magician of Faith x2: Reason I said 2 toon worlds, can bring it back along with others.
+Emergency Provisions x2: Gain points, keep toons on field helps clear m/t space 4 you.
+Vengeful Bog Spirit: Why should your opponent be able to atk and you not. Even the playing field.
+Scapegoats: Defence, tribute for Skull, funny looking whatever reason, they'll work.
+My Body as a Shield: Yes big hit to lp's but worth it if Mirror goes off on your final push.
+Magic Drain: Protect the book, toons, whatever it seems right to stop.
+Sakuretsu Armor/Magic Cylinder/Bottomless Trap Hole: Just a little more defense for an offensive deck. Whichever you like/feel comfortable with.
As for the special summon question, Skull, Mermaid, BeTD, and Manga Ryu-Ran are considered special summons but can only be played when toon world is on the field.
Thank you, im taking everyone's opinion into consideration and to be honest in a way i might take certain things here & there and put them all in a pot for this deck. But, what im looking to do with this deck is really focus on getting the toons out there and protecting them as well as possible, and i can't help but think about all the counters ppl have when it comes to sweeping the magic and trap field. my best deck is a harpie deck and no one was able to harm me with traps. So really, i just need to be able to summon my toons and lay a good hurtin on ppl for like about 3-5 turns and they would be done from all the direct damage taken depending on how many toons and which i have on the field. :cool:
