First you need to organize how you post the deck this way it will be much easier for people to read and help you out, try this format:

well you get the point :p............. next find a theme that fits your needs or wants for a deck, this decks a bit all over the place you got many cards that are just tossed in without making any real sinergy b/w them............ so find a theme, being an Armed Dragon Deck, Dark Deck etc (I mentioned this two types in particular because of the material you got to work there) ........... so try and think of what you need and well begin from there, ill help you out as we go along............ or just and PM me, ill be glad to help you out.

Well I wont lie, this deck is no good 4/10 sorry. If you want a fix we need to know what you want out of it. But if you want best cards with what your using try this

Dump the armed dragons there not that good. They encourage wasting your hand and playing with big tributes. There are better cards that can achieve the same thing.

+ Cyber Magician (hes not legal until sept 1st)
+2 Magician of faiths
+1 Tsukiumi (why not).

I figure Breaker presses a automatic 2for1 so why not use him, Another Spirit reaper for Defence and tributes, Cyber Magican is just cool He can make use of those assailants and make anything on the field 2000 Atk, Magician of faith I figure why not, Tsuki is just good. no really.

ok now we have a pretty fast beatdown going. You could always change your tributes depending on how you play. Now your spells

- Reload
- Tribute to the doomed
+2 Scapegoats

You need the goats hands down, Reload is a bad card it makes you loose hand advantage for the "chance" of getting a better card instead we're just gunna make this card better, Tribute to the doomed is not needed you've got other stuff for it.

-1 wave motion cannon
-1 Creature swap
+2 Metamorphisis

1 wave motion cannon is all thats required trust me ;), Creature swap is dead weight at the moment thanks to the rampant success of scapegoats, just chain scapegoats to creature swap and bam heres 0/0 goat :(. metamorphisis is good.

Yes now the deck has turned into a tsuki lockdown of sorts but imo the best way to hold out for those tributes, remember cyber mage, he can now turn that 0/0 thousand eyes into a 2000/0 not bad.

This card is just redicoulous, if you played with imperial order play this the exact same way against traps, but only do it if you got it. ok so now the deck should look like this

Also this deck can run BLS but thats up to you enjoy.

It looks like you like Armed Dragon so I would recommend putting in some Masked Dragons. Have it get destroyed in battle, search for LV3, and then on your next turn get LV5 out. If it destroys a monster, you can get out LV7 too.
