hammer shot is in there as a tech card - it can nuke my pwn phoenix or one of my oponents monsters depending on what i need. asault on ghq works rather well with goat and phoenix.

im not sure what to go with also. king tiger or dd asailants - im thinking dd asailants will do more damage in the long run but im still unsure...

Hammer Shot is bad sometimes as it can destroy your own monsters.

thats the whole point behind hammer shot - im using it to kill off phoenix to " intentionaly" use its effect. i can cut it back to 2 - but thats about it otherwise i lose its benifits.

asault on ghq stays - its won me 5 duels out of the last 6 so...

and 18 monsters is to much for me - i like it at 16 - but i am going king tiger over asailants.

If it's post ban then you might want to consider a replacement for the sinister serpent. An apprentice magican might be useful.

I would change sangan for two flying kamakiri #1 and bring hand of nethyths straight to the feild (after all the attacks have finished you might need a third to take the hits)

meh... i dont like flying kaminari. it gets hand out but im not reliant on using hand to get him out. i only use hand if forced to. thanks for the sugestion though ill consider it in later versions.

I would say if GHQ and Hammer Shot work for you then keep it in (it's actually a pretty original idea! Why not?!). But I would suggest:

-1 Magic Cylinder
-1 Lightning Vortex or Hammer Shot (you already have Dark Hole, Tribe, and TT)
+1 Bottomless Trap Hole (need more removal in here)
+1 Card Destruction (helps Destroy their deck! Get Phoenix in Grave ressurect!)
-1 Breaker or DD Assailant
+1 Cyber Jar (MORE removal, speed, and Nephthys will survive it! PlUS faster deck out your opponent!)
-1 DDWL or DD Assailant or Anti Spell Fragrance (not sure what this does, explain)
-1 Airknight Parshath (don't really need trample or hand draw advantage really...)
+1 Magician of Faith
+1 Apprentice Magician

You need more speed to bring out Nephthys and since you're going to be running GHQ I suggest you add in more cards that provide more deck ruin. Hope this gives you some ideas! Also, thanks for checking out my deck! The favor has been returned!!

i did try cyber jar but it was so so. it gave me more of a dissadvantage over an advantage.
And i allways like card advantage. it helps me get things done faster.

other than that consider your sugestions noted.

Hey that's cool, I mean dropping Breaker wasn't exactly something I thought most people would go for and Cyber Jar is more about preference (I personally LOVE the card - not only cause Kaiba uses it but also because it's ALWAYS been a good draw on my part!). Also, I see what you mean about Hammer Shot! That's just crazy enough to work! You sold me on that one! Heck, I'm going to be adding one into my Nephthys Harpie Deck and trying it myself (if you don't mind)! Good idea!

deck win loss ratio between me and a few friends ( which by the way included a traditional chaos deck) is curently 10-0

im thinking about keeping this one. i like the trample that my phoenix also gets when battle ox is out, and the hammer shots are just working real well.

and i dont mind - im here to share ideas. as long as i dont get netdecked im happy.

This deck, to me seems more aggro phoenix. take a bit off the power for alittle bit more field control.

It's just a suggestion. BTH will help you combat your opponent's recursion. With phoenix/3 vlords/etc, you man need it.
