Here is a link to the deck. I am just hoping that someone can help me fix the deck up a bit. Right now the deck is still in test stages, so any and all suggestions are open, whether positive or negative, I just want some ideas and reasons why this deck could work, and couldn't work.
This is also based off of the Oct.1 list and Rageki is Vortex 8). Couldn't find it on the list. Any and all help will be apprecitated, and if you want me to r/f your deck just let me know in my decks comments section. Have a nice day 8).
The main idea of the deck is to basically gain field and hand advantage through mass recursion. Metamorphisis is to change a V-Lord into a balter
Dude no offence and all but I find your Deck very bizarre...Although the idea of building a Zombie+Fiend has been dicussed in te Fiend thread, I really dont see it working.
First of all your Monsters need some work.
While Im not saying you cant depend on Terrorking in this Deck, you still can given the proper ways of summoning. IMO a Zombie Deck is more consistent.
X1 Sacred Phoenix of Nepthys
X1 Zombyra The Dark
X2 Vampire Lord
X3 Pyramid Turtle
X1 Sangan
X1 Magician of Faith
X1 Spirit Reaper
X2 Terrorking Archfiend
X2 Desrook Archfiend
X1 Tribe Infecting Virus
X1 Archfiend Soldier
Let me explain my suggestions...As a lot of people know already, Zombyra is excellent for opening plays, as a 2100 beatstick, which will most likely force your opponent into making a Set, whcih you can abuse with Zombyra's high ATK or with a Nobleman of Crossout. 3 Vampire Lords arent necessary; with the new Bans, Berserks, Orcs, and even Elite Attack Forces will run rampant, and that means your Lords will just get trampled on in battle. Sangan is your searcher, and eventho the Trinity is gone Magician of Faith can still retrieve crucial Spells. Tribe is almost a staple in Decks *it should have been banned* Desrook and Archfiend Soldier makes Terrorking summoning easier. And the Phoenix is up to you: You wanted Field Presence, and here's mt best suggestion. Much better than VLord, has a kickass M/T Destruction effect, and with 2400 ATK its not easily taken down in battle.
Now moving unto your Spells:
X1 Pot of Greed
X2 Giant Trunade
X2 Pandemonium
X1 Terraforming
X2 Nobleman of Crossout
X1 Smashing Ground
X1 Lightning Vortex
X1 Snatch Steal
X1 Brain Control
X1 Swords of Revealing Light
X2 Book of Life
X1 Creature Swap
X1 Scapegoat
X1 Book of Moon
X1 Premature Burial
Giant Trunade is there instead of Storm because you'll want to save your Pandemoniums *or maybe not?* Its up to you. Terraforming will help thin your Deck and add Pandemonium into your Hand. Nobleman,Smashing, and Vortex are there for Monster Destruction. Brain Control is for swarming your Field while taking one of yoiur opponent's Monsters--Same goes for SNatch Steal. Creature Swap your Trutles for even more fun. Scapegoat may be restructed, but its still a vefy powerful Defensive maneouver. Book of Moon also helps stop attacks from high ATK Monsters, which this Deck will fall prey to.
Last, your Traps.
X1 Torrential Tribute
X1 Call of the Haunted
X2 Royal Decree
If you're gonna run Decree, might as well limit your Traps.
Why did I drop Metamorphosis and Card of Safe Return? They're inconsistent. With 1 Metamorphosis, you never know when it will pop out, and most often than not you'll have 2 VLord and no Metamorphosis, or no VLords and 1 Meta. Its really inconsistent now. With regards to Card of Safe Return, its inconsistent in the fact that even with 3, how many of your Monsters recurse from the GY? VLord--And most often than nota skilled opponent will just kill it with an ATK, Premature, and Call. IMO Card of Safe Return should only be included in a Deck that focuses on iSpecial Summoning from the GY.
