Ok, seems Sangan isn't doing that much of a purpose in this deck here, so if you want to keep it a Beat Down deck will have to take it out and make some minor adjustments:

+ Tsukuyomi (you can abuse Spear and Parshath)

As for the rest it seems very nice of a deck......... good luck with it.......

Dude, honestly... What are you??? 5 tributes and ONE is a NOMI??? No, no, no... You're just asking for a TERRIBLE TOP DECK!!!!

Anyway, remove "Air Knight" for whatever level 4 beatstick you'd like! And ummm, why is "Spear Dragon" in here? It serves no purpose, other than trample, then your better of with "Enraged" and that "Universe" Beast card for the new tins (don't know the name).

Kycoo? Better replace with Tsukuyomi, 'cuz it owns it! (other reasons too, I think everyone and their mother's know why...)

Now I don't know if you have "Decree" or not, but if you don't, try and find another "Solemn Judgement" and a "Divine Wrath".

Also, your thread says 7 but I count only 5 traps...

There are too many tributes, even for a level up deck. I would take out Airknight for a defense monster like Roulette Barrel, that way you can sacrifice the monster for Jinzo or Level Six. It looks pretty good, I can't agree with running only one Solemn Judgment though, If you are going to run ir, run three of them.

Hello guy. I've read your updated Horus deck, and... Well, I would greatly appreciate if you would explain your goal within this deck. Don't understand why you have Needle Worms... Do you have some weird combo that some how that shares synergy with Horus?

+1 Horus LV4 (since you run 2 Level Up!s)
+ D. D. Warrior Lady

-1 Magician of Faith (not that good with October bans)
+ Morphing Jar

- Nobleman of Extermination
+ Nobleman of Crossout

If you really want to run NoE, take out all your Sakuretsu Armors because if NoE hits a Saku, you'll have to remove all of yours as well. Crossout gets rid of threats to Horus like Cyber Jar, Newdoria, and whatnot.

-3 Waboku (not really needed IMO)
+ D. D. Assailant
+ Horus LV6
+ Berserk Gorilla

-2 Shallow Grave (It looks like you were trying to use deckout but it doesn't really fit well with Horus)
+ Reload
+ An attacking monster (like Spear Dragon)
