okay htis is my version of Judaii's deck, but it is missing a skyscraper, winged kuriboh Lv 10 and wroughtweiler other than those its pretty competitive

I am not sure who Judaii is, is it a character from the cartoon? So I am gonna assume that this deck is built mostly about his/her setup of cards, but I am gonna comment/suggest based about the E-Heros.
First off, 2 Bubbleman work better than one and increases the chances of getting the Bubble Shuffle to work, which will be ungodly when the next set comes out with the bigger E-Heros.
I can see that your relying on spell/trap cards to be able to win battles with your monsters. This can work but can also easily fail. If you were to increase the number of your E-Hero monsters and allow them to be killed in battle then you can better achieve multiple fusions in this deck along with the card Miracle Fusion (I'll discuss it in the next paragraph). This can also help in increasing the chances of getting Bubbleman's drawing effect to go off.
I would suggest dropping the Fusion Gate when you get your Skyscraper and adding in at least 1 if not 2 Miracle Fusions. Miracle Fusion will enable you to get up to 2 of the same fusion monsters to the field using the same fusion material monsters. Once with Poly and then again with Miracle Fusion. Or, just a miracle fusion mid to late game can be game breaking.
This is a good start to what could be a great deck (not allowing Judaii's version to over-power card choices). When the next set, Elemental Energy, comes out, the E-Hero's could potentially be one of the more powerful decks to deal with.
