the only thing i would honestly change is

-2 soul exchange
+ 2 brain control

your running 4 tributes, get them out faster, soul exchange skips the battle phase, that makes the tribute slow and worthless, all they need to do is snatch it back next turn,....use an effect and attack for 2400

if your running soul exchange, you may want to consider Share the Pain. You get to take out 2 monsters in one go around. as far as magician of faith is concerned, you should only need one for both the deck and side deck. with no graceful or delinquent around to abuse, this card isn't as important anymore

You deserve to be shot for taking out Pot of Greed.

Phoenix just calls on even worse draws, and it's not really needed...Breaker, Mobius, Mobius, Heavy, Typhoon, and Dust Tornado is enough. Phoenix sucks.

Twin Headed Behemoth is perfect for defense/trib fodder...obvious reasons.

Card Destruction is good to bail you out when you get those crap hands with alot of trib monsters in it. Which you WILL get.

I would just utilize the Zaborg over Thestalos. Dark Realms and Zombies will murder you and promotes bad field advantage

nice deck dude....zaborg over thestalos...if it was the old format id go with thestalos but since its not zaborg would do much better in the new advanced format.
