Either take out 1 Level Up! or add in a third Silent Magician LV8..having 3 Level Up! with only 2 LV8's is a little overboard. You could also try out Last Will to see how it works out.

ok how about this yes ill admit it takes away from ur theme of the deck BUT potentially how many times have u dueled and had enough spell counters on a skilled white mag to summon a buster blader i would say consider taking out a diffusion wave motion and adding a buster blader cause with swm's eff u can summon him from almost anywhere u know but thats my opinion and im not great at this stuff anyways very good deck i give it 8/10

Monster lineup looks good. I'm trying to see if Time Wizard can fit in this deck.
Spell and Trap Line up looks good but I'd say

- level turning
- difusion wave motion
- enemy controller
+ Ceasefire
+ Card Destruction
+ Time Wizard

Time Wizard provides removal, it's a low ATK which can make good use of Cybernetic Magician, it's searchable, it's LIGHT, and a Spellcaster. If anything else, it's discard fodder. Otherwise, great deck.
