Since the new bans put an interesting spin on the meta for this season, I've had to rethink my Water burn deck. I was contemplating making this a water/machine burn and throw in a UFOroid and some other things, but I'm starting with just water and I'll make some changes if necessary. You need alot more monster 12 is waaaaaaaaay too little try at least 16 minimal.Put the penguin soldier in your main deck,Take out reload try to use Neo deadalus.Definetly take out both of the limiters.Get another Mermaid knight along with nightmare penguin. This should help you out alot.Please don't forget to check my deck.
