As for deck one...

-dimension wall
Not that good. It stops nothing and doesn't do alot of good.

-compulsory evacuation device
Again, I just do see how this fit the deck that well.

-monster reincarnation
Bad for card advantage and you have no cards the desperatly need to come back to your hand.

-mage power
Not alot of cards to set or continous card. Basicly not worth it.

-brain control
Over rate. Not a very good card to start with.

-a feather of the phoneix
With no great cards to re use for the negative card advantage. Not worth it.

-greenkappa
Not always going to work or go your way.

-lightning vortex
I have said this many times in different threads. this card is over rated and not a staple.

Thats 8 cards to work with. Lets speed this deck up and improve it's stability.

It is a bit low on monsters.

Deck thining and allows you to grab a Toon Gemeni Elf and get DM out via Skilled DM

+1 Skilled DM
We want 3 in this deck. He also has 1700 def far superior than G Elf.

+1 Breaker the Magical Warrior
Obviously one of the best if not best Spellcasters in the game.

+2 Toon Gemeni Elf.
So you loss an attack but it's discard effect pays for the lost attack.

+1 Tsukuyomi
A great spell caster very versitile and Great against Beatdown and control.
