I play against five people and this deck can beat them. But it seems too slow for tournament play. What would help?

not a bad deck but maybe you could try
- 1 vilepawn
- 1 des rook
+ 2 marauding captains
- 1 check mate
+ 1 smashing ground

i think MaZerra Deville is a nice card for an Archfiend Deck. maybe you can add one of those in there, and the warrior of zera cards too.

i thought about that, do you think it would help in tournament play?

i dont know. if you combo his summoning with a couple of magical thorns on the fireld, it help.

Nice deck. I would add another Soldier and a Skull Archfiend, or a Necrofear for support.

- Terraforming (with Pandemonium's searching ability it should be fast enough.)
+ Monster Reincarnation (to get back that much needed Desrook or Terrorking)
+ Archfiend Roar
- Ceasefire
-CHeckmate x2 (not worth it)
+ Snatch Steal
+ Smashing Ground

o.k first of all i would just like to say THANK YOU FOR USING ARCHFIENDS!!!!!!!!!!as you can probably see i LOVE archfiends!!!!!!back to your deck:

-3 shadowknights(great attackers but to much of a payment)
- terraforming(its bad enough that you have to take up 3 spaces for pandemonium)
- ????(cant think of anything else)

+ archfiend of gilfer
+ archfiend soldier
+ cyber archfiend 2x(speeds up your deck like you wanted)
+ lesser fiend(considered as a archfiend)

whenever i go to touranaments, people bad mouth my archfiends. One day the world will see the power they pocess and the destruction they can do!

dude archfiends are tough. The best way to go about it is to really focus on terroking and desrook mechanics. But that's just my opinion.

whenever i play them, i usually try to focus on Terrorking. Let my spell and trap clear the field and let Terrorking hit my opponent.
