so there are no comments on how to fine tune this deck. I return the favor. I am not sure how this deck works yet but I will find out tomorrow at the local tourny. I do need to get this fine tuned before november 17th though because I am planning on going to shonen jump LA and there is going to be fierce competition there.
The only thing I could really think of is the speed of the deck. Obviously you have Card of Safe Return, and with the Earth Arts it is a really great way to draw through your deck, but you only have one. I can understand why you would not want to use the special summon monsters, because you want things in the graveyard, but then how about a way to thin your deck?
- 1x Berserk Gorilla
- 1x Chiron the Mage
- 1x D.D. Assailant
+3x Nimble Momonga
+1x Morphing Jar
Nimbles = Life gain, deck thinning, and tribute fodder should you find a tribute monster in your hand. And with the MJ, I mean, how do we not see how it helps. It acts as both a draw engine for you, disruption for your opponent, plus it places creatures in the grave (if they were in your hand) for Earth Art, to which you tribute the Jar for a beater!
ok well the nimbles I can see how they might be a bit helpful. so I will atleast side deck them. mj I can see running especially with how easy it is to bring back manticore when it is discarded. the card destruction would only be added if I wanted to get rid of my hand of nephthys. see I hate getting rid of cards from my hand mj doesnt require any so yeah its in plus its an earth monster so yeah definately in. card destruction will be side decked.
