Ok, so this sittuation: I'm starting to play Yu-Gi-Oh! CCG after being inpired by Yu-Gi-Oh! movie that i watched as background.
What sets i should get and what starter decks and/or theme decks are good?
What sets include most monsters, spells and traps shown in movie?
What is best way to build deck in Yu-Gi-Oh! CCG as i'm Magic the Gathering veteran?
Unless you're planning to buy japanese cards then this should be posted in General Discussions under the TCG forum (Trading Card Game) and not the OCG (Original Card Game)...
Anyways...one of the 2 Evolution Decks (Yugi & Kaiba) are good starters and each set is balanced out, but the best would be to start out with Dark Beginnings 1, Dark Revelations 1, Dark Beginnings 2 and Dark Revelations 2....

Oh, so there is diffirence between those two? What is actually diffirence between those two?
About those Evolution decks, what they kind of decks they actually are? In other words, what is they focus in cards?
well what decks you buy depends on who you liked in the anime there are decks for most of the major characters
Yugi (evolution)
Kaiba (evolution)
Joey (scape goats)
pegasus (relinquished and toons)
water an fire decks (only for the traps though)
the warrior structure (royal decree, marauding captain, lightening vortex, etc)
and when it comes out the new judgement of spellcasters
and if you want some of the signature cards that the characters play like panther and rocket warrior or gilford the lightening youll have to trade for them or buy the tin :classic:

OCG = japanese...more cards...slightly different mechanics for some cases...different names for cards...
TCG = english...still catching up...slightly different mechanics for some cases...
That's the difference....
The Yugi and Kaiba Evolution Starter's are basically just starters based on cards they would use in the anime...
the starter decks and evolution decks are for introduction play. if you are an ocg player, you can buy more structure2 decks like joey, kaiba, yugi structure 2 and structure decks like warrior, water, fire, zombie, dragon, spellcaster, marik(i excluded yugi.kaiba and joey as they are very old and difficult to find now and they are now very expensive US89++(yup much like the old magic black lotus which people use to tear up when they get it))
my suggestion to you is that you should get the either warrior(equipment swarm), water(field boost), zombie(fast summoning), dragon(many support cards), SPellcaster(many supportcards and also quite strong(yup breaker is in it). If possibale, try not to get the character structure decks as most of them are only used for fun play and a last word of advice, do NOT buy random boosters, check out card lists at pojo as well as the effects before buying boosters and buy the booster which might contain the card which you had wanted.
Next natural question is: is Kaiba deck better than Yu-Gi deck? I mean after all it includes cards like Blue-Eyes White Dragon that is better than Dark Magician or has Yu-Gi deck any those Egyptian card cards?

1. Power isn't everything...it all depends on your strategies and how you use your cards. Neither starter deck is REALLY better than the other...
2. A. No they do not.
B. Egyptian God Cards are not legal for any sort of duel...
So does that mean that english version has not reached to Egyptian God Cards or are they also banned in orginal japanese version?
No, there are english versions, but the Gods were NEVER playable in the first place...
They were merely made as promos in japan for better sales...never bothering to ever release any OFFICIAL "rules" or "effects" for them, so the only way to know them is by reading the manga or watching the anime and even they aren't completely accurate, so your best bet would be to look at the "Effects" made up for them in Yu-Gi-Oh!: Nightmare Troubadour for the Nintendo DS.
Pretty much the same here...
It even says on the bottom of the card
"This card cannot be used in a duel."
They took each precaution to make sure you can't sneak them into tournaments either...
No holographic Eye of Anubis sticker on the bottom right corner...no Konami and Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game on the backsides....Different colored backsides....
It depends on what your likes and dislikes are but any way some of the card can only come form the pack they give you at the movies but other wise most of those cards come from some of the tournament packs
