Def add creature swaps to get Scout Planes in the graveyard. I suggest putting in D.D. Survivors and removing them via Ninja's effect. Add in Return from Different Dimension to bring them back and theyll stay on the field instead of removing them. Also DMoC is good in this deck.

Looks good. 2 things. I would take one BTH and swap it for a Sakaratsu Armor. It is just better in the current format.

That and you will have alot of possible tributes with EC and Scout Planes around. I would recomend either one of the 2 tribute spirits or Dark Dust Spirit instead of Cyber Dragon.
