Well here are some suggestions

Add some Shining Angels to this deck, speed your deck up

Take out Cyber Stein, too costly

Frontline Base in my opinion is good for Union decks only not Hybrid so cut it

United We Stand doesn't provide control

Take out Solemn for Spell Shield, Solemn in side deck

Waboku is good so run 1 more of that for fun

Gear Golem is ok but not that effective

Mystic Woks are too situational sometimes or not effectives
