Hey w/ CBs 3rd effect which is negate all spell/trap/monster effects when there are 3 monsters on opp. side of field...if u have 3 monsters on your side w/ CB on the other side, and the person w/ 3 monsters activates SD will SD work or will it be negated by CB???

Like most mons that negate traps, it will depend on what's on the field first...

If Skill Drain is out first, Cyber Blader is negated, if Cyber Blader is out first, Skill Drain is negated....

Same thing with E. Hero Wildman and Jinzo.
