Here is the new list it is at 46 cards right now, and I would like to try to get it down to at least 42 so any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

- 1 Warrior Returning alive (With Miricle Fusion and Wrot. you can get your hero's back or fuse them.
- 2 terraforming (Skyscrapper is good, but not always needed)
- 1 fusion Gate (Stick with Poly/Miracle)
- 1 Lightning Vortex
+ 2 Smashing Grounds (a 1 for 1 is better then a 2 for 1 like Vortex can be)

the only real tribute monster you should have is Freed. he lets you search for your heros so you can make your fusions faster.
take out a skyscraper and put in 2 A. forces. skyscraper only works when you attack so you lose the attack boost when your hero is attacked. with A. forces you get a 200 attack boost for every warrior and spellcaster on your field, so if you have 3 heros on the field that's an extra 600 to each of them, and it'll stay that way until your monster count changes. and if your oppent takes your monster he loses the power boost.
command knight is in for an extra attack boost as well.
lose the 2 bubble men you don't need them. replace with the 2 king of the swamp. they'll let you get a poly from your deck or be a fusion sub.
ditch the 2 hero barriers they only negate one attack. replace with wabakus or sakaretsu armors.
In my experience, some EHeros are just not worth running, like, Featherman for example. (I mean, 1000/1000? Please...) You only need 1 copy of Bubbleman, really, there's not many fusions involving him just yet, and it's not like you get to pull off his effect that often. King of the Swamp is versatile, and is a almost never a bad draw for this deck since you need to get out your fusions fast. If you come into a Shining Flare Wingamn someday, KotS saves you the trouble of needing to get out Flame Wingman first. Fusion decks need it.
As for the traps, Wobaku does the Hero Barrier job a lot better, not to mention chainable. The Cylinder seems like a random card, use it if you want, my fix is only 41 cards. But I think you're better off using even Shadow Spell or something instead, just for the sake of getting to pull off Flame Wingman's or Thunder Giant's effects more often.
Edit: You know what'd be interesting? Throw in a Snatch Steal and put a Cyber Twin Dragon into your fusion deck. Just a thought.

Featherman is definitely worth running...especially with Feather Wind's main decked or side decked (I've pulled off Feather Wind quite a lot), making it one of the best m/t negators around.
2 of each E. Hero is definitely good, if not necessary, for an E. Hero deck. Besides, it's not like you have to bring out Shining Flare Wingman at all. Heck that's one of other Fusions that Miracle Fusion is good for as well (sure it may lower power by 600, but hey, 3100 is usually more than enough). You shouldn't toss out E. Hero's just because they SEEM like they're worth it or not many fusions. ALL of the E. Hero's are basically in 1-2 Fusions right now until the japanese one's are out...so...not really a big reason not to use them.
Also, Hero Barrier is ALSO chainable, but it will negate the very first attack the opponent declares.
Believe me...kept 2 of each E. Hero in my deck with no King of the Swamps (sidedecked) and I haven't had any real problems fusing at all. Proxied out E. Heros well before TLM was released as well so...I know this stuff, lol.
