Hmm....don't really know what to say there since I havn't seen the new cards in use before (except for in GX), so I can't really help you there......But maybe a few Abyss Soldiers? Those always work well in my deck ^_^ Oh and I would lose the "BIG" Daedalus, its just too much to handle all at once =(
Try to get some Abyss Soldiers for your deck if you can. Abyss Soldier is without a doubt one of the greatest monsters to put in a water deck. Sporting a respectable 1800 ATK and a powerful effect that only becomes more useful with cards like Salvage, he provides both beatdown and disruption element quite nicely. Consider, too, that his already respectable ATK can easily be boosted to 2000 by A Legendary Ocean and it’s plain to see that he's really a great 4-star monster for just about any water deck.
I'd also consider adding any of the following: Nightmare Penguin, Penguin Soldier, and/or Star Boy.
Nightmare Penguin's flip effect can be very useful to set your opponent back - especially if you target a tribute monster. He also provides a 200 ATK bonus to your water monsters which is definitely a welcome addition since it'll allow your Hydrogeddons to be more effective at searching each other out. His tough 1800 DEF rating (2000 with ALO) means that he's a good wall to buy you a little time.
Penguin Soldier's flip effect can give you excellent field presence and it works very well in conjunction with Hydrogeddon's special ability. How? Well, let's say that your opponent's got a tribute or two out and some other weaker monsters out that are capable of being killed by Hydrogeddon. By using Penguin Soldier's effect, you can return the tribute(s) to your opponent's hand, then proceed taking down your opponent's weaker monsters and searching out additional Hydrogeddons. You'll gain even more field advantage with every kill and your opponent will be left unable to summon his tributes any time soon. Penguin Soldier can also be searched out by Mother Grizzly.
People like to put down Star Boy as too weak, but I think he's a great addition to any water deck. A 500 ATK bonus is nothing to scoff at, and in conjunction with A Legendary Ocean it would provide an impressive 700 ATK boost to all of your monsters on the field. Star Boy is weak, of course, but this doesn't have to be a disadvantage. Your opponent will likely want to kill off Star Boy to get rid of the 500 ATK bonus, but some Sakuretsu Armors could ensure that he stays on the field for quite a while. A 500 ATK bonus makes it much easier for Hydrogeddons to take down monsters and swarm the field.
I do not recommend adding Amphibious Bugroth MK-3 or Mermaid Knight since they are entirely too situational.
You have too many tributes; 6 is really too many to run in just about any deck. Thankfully, I think I see a way to trim the count down to 4 and increase your deck's efficiency.
The Ocean Dragon Lord is a card that really isn't worth running for the simple reason that you have to specifically get rid of a Levia that's in play to summon it. With only 1 Levia, the chances of having these two cards at the same time aren't too good. Levia's effect truly isn't all that great, either; having an Umi (at least, a card named "Umi") out on the field is a very good thing for a water deck and getting rid of it is generally something you'll want your opponent to do.
Besides, your deck focuses around Orca and Water Dragon. Therefore, instead of only running one Orca when you've got the deck packed with Orca support monsters, run two Orcas and two Water Dragons.
