Some of the cards are substitutes for others because i can't get my hands on them. but that will change as well.
I like your deck. I have a few suggestions though.
I find that a Dark World deck works best if you focus it on doing one task, either card advantage/control or card advantage/aggro.
Personally, I've found that the aggro is very powerful. I will give suggestions for both. I have tried both, as well as a hybrid, and focussing the deck is key.
If aggro,
-3x Broww
+3x Beige (at first I didn't like this card, GREAT for aggro Dark World though!)
-1x Goldd (so now have 2 of each)
-1x Spirit Reaper
-1x Night Assailant
-1x DD Warrior Lady (you'll see)
-1x Exiled Force (you'll see)
+2x Dark Jeroid (you'll see)
+2x Scarr, Scout of Dark World
+1x Breaker, the Magical Warrior
-Messenger of Peace
+Swords of Revealing Light
-Dark World Lightning (only run 2 if control)
-Gateway to Dark World
+2x Creature Swap
-1 Sakuretsu Armor
+1 Forces of Darkness (2 for 1 = good)
These changes for a control deck make for a great monster control engine. Dark Jeroid helps Dark World decks, because their stats are inheritantly weak (1900/2100>1800 & 2400>2300). Also, the creature swap can be used with Dark Jeroid (reduce itself, get lots of damage, and take their nice monster), and Scout (get Broww to hand, and get nice monster). It also combos well with Sangan and Scapegoat as I'm sure you're well aware.
Finally, one of the most broken Dark World combos..... Creature Swap and Morphing Jar. Do this with a Sillva and Goldd in your hand... ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATING! The Morphing jar that you attack with their monster is controlled by them, and therefore Goldd and Sillva get their secondary effects. This gives them -4 of the bat, and you +2 because of Goldd and Sillva summoned. Mmmm... 6 card advantage.
With all of the monster control that you now have, you won't need 3 sakuretsus... go for hand advantage with FoD. Abusing Broww is a good tactic. You may also want to play-test Card of Safe Return in your aggro version, and you can get massive drawing when DW monsters are special summoned via their discard effects and great recursion (gateway).
I encourage you to try both out. See what best suits your style. The deck must be focussed though. Hybrids surprisingly work less well. I hope that helps... I know it was a bit long-winded, but it should give you a LOT of insight I hope. Good luck!
