I apoligize if this has been discussed before. While browsing thru my box of commons for inspiration, I came across an intresting card.

Countinous Spell
During your standby phase, pay 300 life points to select 1 non-Monster Card in your Graveyard and return it to the bottom of your deck.

I think it's an intresting card. The upside is that it card add a trap or spell card back to your deck for a meager 300 life points every turn. Of course, it has more than a few downsides. It's a countinous spell, so it's vunerable to M/T destruction(though I don't know many who'd waste their MST on this), it's kinda slow, and it put's the card on the bottom of the deck.

Of course, the last downside is easy to get around, by using it with field cards, which have Terraforming, and Polymerization, which has King of the Swamp and Fusion Sage. I think the main problem with it is it provides no immediate advantages, which is why it got over looked. I'm going to do some play testing, see how good it is and how it card be used. What's your opinion?

The main downer is that it goes to the bottom of your deck..so unless you got godly shuffling skills so it ends up on/near the top of the deck, you'll end up waiting a while to reuse it.

The upside is that it works on Magic OR Traps and Traps don't have too many cards that can help reuse them...

When it comes to using it for Magic Cards, I'd rather use Hidden Book of Spell...

if you want to be delightfully evil you can use Convulsions of Nature...

also, with the help of giant trunade, Emergency Provisions, MST, Dusty, etc. you can turn recycle into a low cost, reusable magician of faith (2 or 3 times anyways).

Recycle is a usuable card in certain decks

It's a good card to use in a Fusion or a Ritual Deck..Ritual Decks can use Pot of Avarice to put back the monster's while Recycle puts back the monster's (preferable Manju and such with a couple Rituals) and use the Manju's and such to re-search them back.

I just got done building a Ritual deck too. Intresting responses guys. Hidden Book of Spell? Isn't that that card that puts two spells into your deck?

You can only activate this card during your turn. Select 2 Spell Cards from your Graveyard and add them to your Deck. Your Deck is then shuffled.

hhhhmmm if i were to try and get maximum use out of recycle i think i would have to trough in a bunch of cards that cause you to search and shuffle. things like reload, sangan, tomato, germ, nimble ect. of course there would still be the callenge of comming up with a decent stratigy that would be complimented by this whole business.
