*Mirror Force is the only card I don't have. I'm also trying to get 1-2 Enemy Controllers.
I reconstructed this deck after finishing my others. Let me know what you think. I don't need any rates though. Thank you for any comments/fixes. I'll return the favor.
I would reccomend that you replace a brain control or both of them with creature swap. I say this because if you play that with horus lv4, or lv6 you would take there monster, but you wouldn't have to give them your monster. horus lv4 cannot be taken control of by a spell card, and horus lv6 is completely immune to spell cards. this gives you even more control.
this cant happen because it would be an eligal activation creature swap wont work unles the monster would be exanged and since horuses cant be effected by spells it cant happen.
However, if Horus Lv 4 is your only monster, then Creature Swap can't be activated because there are no legal monsters for you to select. So if you involve Creature Swap, it should be used so you give the opponent a goat token or something for Lv 4 to kill easy.
I believe that if your opponent has one monster and you have a lv 4, creature swap cannot be activated. However, If you have a LV6 out you can activate creature swap, but no monsters will be exchanged. So absolutely no reason to activate it like that. I agree with the4x8, send over a goat token or something small for horus to kill. Overall nice Horus deck. No substantial fixes for ya. I would have to rate it a 8.5/10 on the Horus scale.
And it's about halfway there, there are some mistakes with your card selection however. This is the build that I have sitting in my mind and it's somewhat similar to my current build, the only reason I won't change it is because of my attachment to certain cards...Ready?

Pot of Avarice = 2 x Graveyard in 4th + 2 card Draw
Rush is an excellent sub for Enemy Controller
Dekoichi = Cyber Jar + Morphing Jar - Possible opponent advantage
Mirage Dragon = Battle Phase Decree for opponent
Drillroid keeps control on face down monsters
This lineup makes more sense...Oh yeah, about the S/D: Drop the 2nd LV8 for a 3rd LV6, Soul Control hates that...
a lot of your suggestions are things i've already thought of. I am definately going to switch the graveyard in the 4D for pot when i get one. I prefer cyber and morphing to dekoichi so i'm going to keep them. I would put in a 3rd horus LV6 if i had one. I'll try and get another. Mirage dragon is another monster that I am experimenting with, but with 2 royal decrees, i don't see much need for. I'm still debating between drillroid and MS LV2. I will definately take some of your advice and test it out. I'm goint to play in a local tournament tomarrow night. We'll see where this gets me.
Greetings fellow Horus user, I will agree with Phenom25, but I will suggest Nobleman of Extermination over Stamping Destruction. SD requires a dragon to be on the field, whereas NoE can potentially remove Sakuretsu Armors and Bottomless Trap Holes out of your opponents deck, or some other non chainable trap. Granted, 9 out of 19 creatures are dragons, but all of them are vulnerable to Bottomless Trap Hole, Torrential Tribute, Compulsory Evac, etc.

Thanks but I don't have a Jinzo and I prefer Royal Decree. Even if I did drop a Decree for Jinzo, I wouldn't add another trap in its place. D. D. Survivor and Sangan are side decked if I need them and I want the Assailants in the main deck. Enemy Controller is side-decked but I will test it in place of a Brain Control. For some reason I like Brain Control more. I guess it's easier to pay LP than to tribute one of my monsters. I don't like running Scapegoat and Swords would be side-decked if I added it.
Thanks for your suggestions. I welcome any and all, even if I don't use them. Do you have a deck you would like me to take a look at?
since i saw you have the level modulation side decked in case lv 8 is stuck in the grave, then everything else looks fine to me. except i'm not really a big fan of morphing jar. maybe stick in one of your sidedeck cards for it and side deck the morphing? other than that it's amazing.
9.5/10

thanks for the rate and fix. Morphing is one of the cards that commonly get side-decked. I like Morphing more than Cyber in this deck though. When I have my opponent locked with Horus and/or Royal Decree and Morphing Jar goes off, my opponent just gets more cards he can't use (assuming 1. he doesn't draw a good effect monster or 2. I have My body as a Shield ready).
I posted my updated version with some tweaks. I made some trades that I couldn't say no to, so Cyber Dragon and Enemy Controller are gone. I filled Cyber's place with Mirage Dragon. I also switched one of the Brain Controls for Snatch Steal, just to see how it goes. I'm still trying to decide whether I should trade my Spear Dragons for Luster Dragons. I'm going to swap one/two in and see if it helps me any tonight.
