How is it "Flip-Control" when your only flip effect monster is Dekoichi and Magician of Faith (who doesn't count because she is near-staple)? It seems like a standard Aggro/Control with a hint of Dekoichi tech as a draw engine.
I'd honestly go 20 creatures. Side out the Bottomless for a Magical Merchant. It is another light (giving you more options with Chaos Sorceror), it feeds the graveyard for Pot of Avarice, and it puts a spell in your hand (of which you only run 12). THis way, you can play Pot faster and/or summon Chaos Sorceror faster. I think it is the single element you are missing. Also just as a little tech and to add to the FLIP part, run a Night Assailant over a third Dekoichi. I think you will find the duality of that card will really help you out in a pinch. Topdecking and facing down a Sprit Reaper or Don? Keep that card in your hand, so you can recover that Magician of Faith/Dekoichi/Magical Merchant. Need to destroy an opposing Cyber Dragon (and Nobleman of Crossout has already been used)? Set it face down and smile.
