Okay well this is yet another one of my many Chracter themed decks I have structured, and to say the least it dosn't seem to be well balanced. So I need some suggestions...

Wow... that's a lot of big dragons.

I'd suggest lowering the count of tribute/ hard to summon monsters.

Cutting Kaiser Glider and Different Dimension Dragon for some other Kaiba related cards would probably be a good idea.

Giant Germ or Peten the Dark CLown may be good ideas, but given the fact that they appear only in the Movie and the Noah story arc some people don't really consider them to be Kaiba cards.

It'd be up to you if you want to remove but I'd remove or probably side deck the Shining Angel. When you are as likely to draw the searching monster as you are to draw all of its' targets you're in trouble.

Why I say side deck is because I think you should construct a side deck with some XYZ cards in it. Their fusions would help you against stall decks and YZ fusion is remarkably effective against a defensive player.
