First, which direction did you want to go with the deck? You have Dimension Fusion and RftDD(I recommend another RftDD instead of Dimension Fusion since you can always afford it and your opponent doesn't get any monsters back.) but only 1 Necrofear for RFG. Either way I would start by recommending adding 1 or 2 more Giant Orcs(or better yet, Goblin Elite Attack Force) to handle the Cyber Dragon menace. Probably add another Newdoria for removal, also. I would also drop the Brain Jacker unless you can protect it to flip on your turn.
If you decide to go the RFG angle, add another Necrofear and another RftDD.
Sorry for the short post but I am off to lunch and their are many other Fiendish specialists who will be chiming in.
I have a Fiendish/RFG deck in my sig. You can see the lenghty building process it is going through if you need ideas along that line.
i don't think you need to run Vampire Lord or Lesser Fiend in this deck. Lesser Fiend does have a godly effect but he can be used against you along witht he fact that he has a low attack that can blow baws when he battles Mobius or Jinzo
deck looks like it can do alot
but also realize that in this format, you would have to have a hand and not get Pwned for not having one
-rope of life
- dark spirit of the silent
+ Widespread Ruin/ or Trap Hole
+ Bottomless TrapHole
Mobius can beat this deck down along with other monster like breaker but this deck has beef so it will do fine
Thanks for your advice. It is meant to be a fiend swarm deck, but it hasn't really worked. I am mainly an online player and don't have much experience with the IRL game. I do want to keep the fiend theme, but i dont know what would work best. It was a fiend burn, then a fiend hand and deck destruction and now its.........this :ermm:
I am mainly an online player and don't have much experience with the IRL game.
IRL? In Real Life?
I would probably stay away from Burn. They can do it, but it is not their strength. If you want Swarm then I would start including the Dark World monsters. Fiends don't really Swarm well outside of DW, unless you go with the RFG angle.
If you go DW, then start with 2 or 3 of each Dark World monster and include the Dark World support cards. DW monsters can only Swarm if they are discarded through a card effect, not as a cost. So the DW support cards are imperative.
If you go RFG, add another Necrofear and maybe a Bazoo and/or a Strike Ninja or two. Then make sure you have at least 2 RftDD. You may also want to include Gren Maju de Eiza and a coule Soul Releases or Skull Lairs. Skull Lair can take out a monster, but Soul Release can dump any card from the GY. Gren Maju powers up by 400pts for each card removed from the game, not just monsters. One Soul Release and GMdE is a 2000ATK monster.
I dont really like Dark World cards because they dont look very "fiendish" so i guess RFG would be the best option. How should i change this deck to make it a RFG fiend deck?
And IRL = in real life.
So do i only need to add another necro, maju and RFDD or do i need to change other cards too? I like the idea of the deck devestation virus, will i need to add more tribute monsters for it to work?
Can someone tell me if this is in the right section? Is this one just for posting your decks or getting help with your deck? If it is just for posting can someone tell me where is should post it for help?
To get a good RFG angle, there some cards that are almost "staples". I don't do very well at the +/- thing so I will just offer some suggestions. You want to have some big Lv4 beatdown monsters to handle Cyber Dragons and such. Another good card is Newdoria, since he will take out a monster when he hits the GY. That is why Fiends do so well at the RFG game. Stock up on some Giant Orcs and/or GEAFs and some Newdorias. Then make sure they are RFGd to summon your Necrofear, boost Bazoo or hide Strike Ninja(GEAF does not play well with the Ninja though, GEAF is EARTH not DARK). When you bring them back you can bring out a Newdoria which can take out virtually any monster with his effect and then beat away on your opponent with the Giant Orcs or GEAFs. Their defensive flips do not matter because they are removed from play again at the end of the turn with RftDD. It is also fun to tribute them to bring a more lasting monster presence to the field. I can also highly recommend Creature Swap. If you decide to bring them back early in the game, you can bring back one or two and Creature Swap them with your opponent. Then you keep his monsters and yours are RFGd again at the end of the turn leaving him with nothing.
I definately recommend Gren Maju de Eiza, but then you must have Soul Release and/or Skull Lair. Skull Lair is nice for it's monster elimination effect, but I if you run GMdE then I believe at least 1 Soul Release(preferably 2) are a must. You won't be bringing back many spell or trap cards from the GY so let Soul Release RFG them to really boost GMdE. Plus Soul Release is a nice defensive tool against those decks that like to dump monsters into the GY and bring them back through Premature/Call/Backup Soldier etc...
Some playtesting might be in order to get the mix that works best for you, but when properly run, a solid RFG deck can bring a lot of heat in a hurry.
well death gardius, looks like a decent deck. but so i can get a better picture of the deck, can you edit this deck so i know what it looks like right now?or if this is how it still looks then can you tell me so i know?it would be greatly appreciated.
