All r/fs will be returned, I just need reviews from people who are well-acquainted with the meta before I head to Indy. This deck playtested well against proxied Toolbox CC's, but any suggestions would be appreciated, unless those ideas involve removing Blowback Dragon or turning this into a Zombie deck (I've run that deck often, so I know its weaknesses).
Blowback Dragon is awesome, and if you don't share this opinion, play with him for a couple duels. You'll see what I'm talking about after you blow away Reaper after Reaper or Sakuretsu after Sakuretsu. Renewable destruction effects are something to be feared, even if they only go off half the time.
This looks like a mismatched attempt at aggro jank. Thus, let me start at the top:
Blowback Dragon, very sexy card, and I think I'm going to start running him a bit more often now, perhaps dropping one of my two Mobius or using him as my third Tribute Monster.
*blinks* What is the point of Pyramid Turtle? To get out Reaper? You'd be better off using simple Tomatos. Kill the Turtles and use the Tomatos.
So, planning on abusing Night Assailant and Man-Eater with Tsukuyomi? Not worth the time. I suggest abusing Dekoichi instead.
Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke is a nice card, very true, however completely pointless. You can't search him out and he'll be situational in all cases.
Skilled Dark is pointless here, you have no way to abuse his effect, he's just a 1900 beatstick.
Slate Warrior is a nice anti-meta card, knocking down attack powers left and right, but I would drop him.
Add in a Dark Jeroid, two Newdoria, and a Don Zaloog.
Why, WHY the singular D. D. Assailant? I hate it when people just throw her in randomly, it ticks me off to no end. Drop her unless you go much more Warrior oriented. Add in a Brain Control.
Which brings me to the magics. NoE is a great card, yes, but running Sakys yourself is asking for trouble, drop them for Widespreads (I mean drop the Saks).
Swords, Book of Moon, and Scapegoat all give negatives in card advantages, so it is up to you if you want to keep them or not. I would testplay two Dust Tornados and a third Widespread/third Trap Hole for them.
Otherwise, it looks good. The monster build is far too 'I summon and plan to beat you down with no reprecusions' though. You need the monsters to also remove the enemy from the playing field and to work in pure synergy with each other.

I left the last two card slots in traps for you to play around with. The suggestions I gave so far make the deck a lot better IMO.
