As far as the deck goes somewhat CC, so i'd give it a 7/10, playability 8.9/10

Drop the Vortex, it sucks, straight out sucks. You should somehow play After the Struggle (After Genocide) just to keep the name going ;)

Exchange is a good way to utilize the effect of Magical Merchant, and by all respects in my opinion, Merchant is better than Des Lacooda at times. Other than that it looks rather good. ^_^.

Rating 9/10 (it has its bumps here or there but the sould clear up after a couple of draw phases)

anyways not bad but I can see somethings hurting you. mainly the extensive draw power in this deck combined with the strongest monster being 1900. yeah you have a lot of removal but all of your monsters are going to be slapped around when a simple dust tornado screws over your defenses also your only form of spell trap removal is mst heavy storm and breaker. it isnt enough. maybe try out mobius > airknight

anyways its an alright build. but with todays meta I give it a 6/10. all that draw power isnt going to help you with the lack of support you have in this deck.

but the general deckn works well for me.
it lost 1nce and won 6 games so im happy with it...
