Personaly I think Vortex is bad hand management unless you are running Manticore of Darkness, because you can bring him back. I think 3 Spirit Reaper's is over kill, you already got enough deffence. Scapegoat ehh..Im not really a big fan of that card, you can keep if you want to.I added a Different Dimension Assialant because It removes the monsters from play *LoL*. I added another Return From the Different Deminsion because when I tried to run Bazoo/RFTDD I never ended up getting a Bazoo or RFTDD at the right time, so thats why I added another one. I hope these fixes help, could you R/F my deck please? *Dont R/F the deck in my signature*

Do not run Pheonix, she is terrible. Try fitting in something else of your choice.

I say dump the Pheonix idea and go for two Mobius' for the hand of nephtys and the pheonix.
And take out Brain Control for another Dust Tornado.
