Well, it's not CC that's for sure. Honest truth, I don't know what it is. I just know that the concept has proven to be effective thus far. Simply put, I have over-dosed myself on monster removal, due to the fact that swarm has become a big part of this game. Anything I can do to clear my opponent's side of the field for some damage is worth it. Since I have so much removal, I generally see an opening for some hits. However, there are usually f/d cards, so I try to ram the Slates first before I play a Zapper in order to save myself from losing a 2600 attacking damage (assume attack is successful). I'd rather sacrifice a 1900 and/or 2400 for 2600 damage (aka, suicide run with Slate, hit with Zappers). However, Slates have proven to be a great success in fights against cards such as Mobius or Cyber Dragon, cards that you see in several of the mainstream decks.
I have also found that defense has become a key issue against the threat of swarm of today. Therefore, I have maxed out on the Reapers, which have yet to hurt me on a long term status. Likewise, Spy's provide both the swarm and the defense. However, I have found that they do not seem to be extremely useful, so I am trying to determine what might go in replacement of them (don't suggest DDA or Cyber Dragon).
As you can see, my spells focus heavily on removal and defense. I really do not intend on that concept changing. I have considered replacing 1 Fissure and 1 Smashing for 2 Rush Recklessly and/or Rising Energy, but I'm still undecided, consider all 6 removal cards have proven to be effective.
Traps are very basic, nothing new there.
So any suggestions would be great. If you want a fix or rate, leave a link. The feedback that I will give will depend on the quality of the response given to this deck.
