This is a deck that I have been working on since Elemental Energy and it has gone through many changes that I have made. Over time it started to go farther in tournaments but now I think it's time to get the help of other people.

This deck is based around getting the fusions out. A few things I need help with are my traps because I can't figure out what to take the bottomless trap holes out for since they aren't helping. I also need help figuring out a sidedeck that would work effectively with this deck. The lightning vortex also doesn't fit into the theme of my spells and I don't know what to take it out for.
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated and returned to the best of my ability.
Woah. First off, where are the Reinforcement of the Armies?
Take out your Lightning Voretx, Monster Reincarnation and Grave of Enkindling for 2 Reinforcement of the Armies and a Warrior Return alive.
My other advice is too limit your E-Hero fusions. Don't go for all of them. Maybe go for a Flame Wingman/Shing Flame Wingman set up. Dump the extra E-Heroes that don't go with those two fusions and round it out with others good cards.
By trying to use so many different ones, you can stretch yourself too thin. The versaitility isn't worth the instability.
Any suggestions/comments I'd have would only be echoing what Megarock has already stated. It's amazing that you've been able to assemble multiples of all the Fusions like that (I say amazing because I've only been able to pull one out of all my cards, and that was thanks to a Jaden Duelist Pack), but you don't really need them all like that.
Thanks for the advice Megarock I put in your suggestions and took out my Wildedge and Tempest Fusions and cut my Thunder Giant, Rampart Blaster and Steam Healer back to one each which allowed me to take out my 2 clayman, 1 bubbleman, and 1 wildheart. I also took out the 2 wroughtweiler since the effect doesn't seem to help me if I get them early on.
Now I just need help figuring out what would go in and work with what is left.

miracle fusion is an ehero deck's best friend, as people have stated before focus on 1 or 2 fusions like the wingman pair.Try something simialr to this-

As you can see, the idea would be to dump all ur fusion materials in the grave via merchent and morphing jar and use miracle fusion to get out ur fusions. Now pot of avarice can be used to put tsukuyomi,merchents and even ur fusions back to the deck/fusion deck to draw more. Return from the dd cost u 1/2 ur lp but can provide not only swarm but allow you to have all ur fusion materials on the field again to miracle fuse.Fusion weapn might be a nice lil card to boost flame wingman for more damage in case they have a mobius or cyber dragon on the field.

Not attempting a bash at E-Heros or the deck in general but I believe, the most effective E-Hero decks sets its focus on 1 of the Fusions and runs with that.
IMO, I would trick out the CC meta with either a Total Flare deck with Flame Wingman/Shining Flare Wingman teching in Wicked Breaking Flamberge or a Wildheart Control deck.
Of course, this is your deck. I'm just giving my opinion...
