will appropiate work against avarice and dekoichi?

and if i have prohibiation on the field with goldd as the card called.. my spirit reaper atks and discards goldd.. what happens?

appropriate WILL work, it is drawing outside of the Draw phase.

About Prohibition, I am pretty sure Goldd will not be Special Summoned in that case.

Assuming you already have Appropriate face-up on the field, it will work and allow you to draw 2 (at least in Avarice's case). In Dekoichi's case, you'd also be able to activate it assuming that Dekoichi's draw is the last thing to happen.

For Prohibition, Goldd will NOT activate nor be Special Summoned and its secondary effect does not activate either.

[Re: D.D. Scout Plane] If "Prohibition" was used and "D.D. Scout Plane" is prohibited, "D.D. Scout Plane" cannot be Special Summoned and remains removed from play.

[Re: King of the Swamp] If "King of the Swamp" is selected for the effect of "Prohibition", you cannot use either of its effects.

[Re: Neko Mane King] When "Neko Mane King" is designated by "Prohibition", its effect is not activated.

If my opponent activates prohibition and tries to prohibit a continuous trap like macro cosmos, would i be allowed to actually activate it?

No, if the declared card is NOT already in play, then you would not be able to activate it.

not even if i am chaining to the activation, before the continuous effect kicks in?

Of course you can chain it...I only mean if Prohibition is already in play...
