A very unusual deck, but I think it has great promise. The key here is Hats-control: Play Hats (easier with Jetroid), manipulate the opponent's attack target if necessary, then let the cards brought out by Hats do their work. Hand/Field control with the Blasts and Coffins, Burn and Life point Gain with the Shirikens, Pendants, and 7s. Recycle as necessary with Des Feral Imp, Mask of Darkness, and Magician of Faith (using Tsukuyomi and Book of Moon to reuse the flip effects).
