Hi I got some questions that I hope you can answer.....

1) If my opponent attack then I activate Sakurestu, he activates royal decree. Can I then activate another Sakurestu and/or Magic cylinders??

2) can I activate Sakuretsu armor then Magic Cylinders in a Chain?

3)Does Dark ruler Ha Des / Ancient gear Beast Negate Treeborn Frog's effect??

2) Yes

3) If it is ruled similar to sinister serpent, then I'd think so.

1 and 2 are yes for the same reasons, though with number two you would have to make cylanders resolve first. You may respond to the last Action taken by a player as many times as you are able, so long as it is not a counter trap.

So in case #2.... Lets say I do the following.

1- Opponents attacks with a spellcaster
2- I chain Magic Cylinder
3- Then I chain Sakurestu Armor
4- then I chain Magicians Circle.

I can do this right? Also I couldn't be doing this if the opponent activates a counter trap like Seven tools right?

1. Yes since Royal Decree has not yet fully resolved and the 2nd Sakuretsu Armor or the Magic Cylinder, whichever is used, will resolve first before they are able to get negated.

2. Yes

3. Yes

4. Yes you can do that, though it'd be a bit of a waste on your field unless you absolutely know the opponent has nothing else up their sleeve.

That would be correct.. resolve:

1. Magician's Circle
2. Sakuretsu Armor
3. Magic Cylinders

Your opponent couldn't activate Seven Tools of the Bandit until you pass priority over to them anyways I believe.

Did see the 7 Tools, but if 7 Tools was activated in response to lets say Magic Cylinder, then neither Sakuretsu nor Magician's Circle could be activated.

Your chain would have to go as follows.

Sakaretsu Armour
Magical Cylanders
Magician's Circle

If Sakaretsu resolves before cylanders, cylanders resolves without effect sense it can no longer determine the attack of the monster.
