try to add a m.jar just to increase the speed of the deck

You should also use shining angels, and THE LIGHT - HEX - SEALED FUSION. this will help you with the fusions. take out the marauding captains. also a fusion gate and maybe dimension fusions. My deck works good and within 2 turns i can normally get cyber twin out! :)

And maybe some polymerization just incase you cant get the combo off and dont wanna suffer the ungodly damage by Power bond. Other than that theres nothing i would fix.

You Might try to get your hands on the other Cyber Dragon cards from SOI to make your deck stronger

Cyber Barrier Dragon
Cyber Laser Dragon
Attack Reflector Unit (Trap)
Photon Generator Unit (Quick Play Spell)

The 2 monsters are Super Rare in SOI
The 2 M/T Cards are common in SOI

Also, i think there is more Cyber Dragon Support in Enemy of Justice, so try to get those cards aswell.

Aside from that, i rate the deck as 8/10 (with the changes the other posters have suggested)
