I have got the new level 10 armed dragon i was going to use three but that is flooding the deck so this is what i have for now it is set up for the new april ban list please give me any suggestions and tell me what you think.

use three masked dragons, they are stronger and can search for other monsters besides another one of itself

Even with these changes you may still have WAY too many tribute monsters. I suggest going with 1 LV10, 1-2 LV7, 2 LV5 and 2-3 LV3. Remember that Level Modulation only works on LV7 and LV10 if they were summoned correctly (by LV5's effect and by tributing LV7, respectively). You may also want to look into more dragon support. You had 0 for spell/trap removal so I added Heavy Storm and Stamping Destruction. You have a lot of monster removal with your dragon effects, so I dropped the Vortex.

Your only monsters that work with Inferno Reckless Summoning are Masked Dragon and Armed Dragon LV3, but you don't even have a card that special summons (except Level Mod, but you aren't going to give your opponent two cards and let them special summon up to 2 monsters at the same time), so there is no point in using this card. I'm not too sure about the Grave of Enkindling either. You might want to drop those for Call of the Haunted and Premature Burial.
