This is a quick arch-fiend deck i through togeather, any help to make it better would be greatly appreciated

aroura you are right there is a lot wrong with this archfiend build but your fixes are so cookie cutter. this is an archfiend deck why do you need mobius or assailant.

If you're adding and centering around Checkmate, I suggest using it to its fullest...
-Up the Terrorking and Deathrook count to three
-minus Shadowknights
-add 2 Inferno Reckless Summoning (combo with Infernoqueen during standby phase for 5000 atk direct hitting Terrorking)
IRS requires a special summoning, which Archfiend's Roar can easily accomplish. Just some random thoughts. After IRS, maybe even summon a Raviel :p

yeah the fixes aroura made are 'so cookie cutter' but those fixes would make the deck alot more competetive against most modern builds.
I had an archfiend deck a while back. and it was successful because of cards like DDWL and Mobius.
i don't know much about running archfeinds, but i do know when a card looks out of place, and i'm having trouble seeing the use of two man cell battle in this deck, with only three normal monsters, it is a dead top deck, and almost pointless for the major part of the game, if anything it will help your opponent even more than you
Yeah this was a nice way of getting out raviel. or a great way of putting three queens on the field to up terrorking to 5000 first.

Theyre GOOD CARDS
if the archfiend deck that you built needed mobius and ddwl to be good then it wasnt a good build to begin with. if you would like to see an archfiend deck that is built with care and works then pm me and I might show you mine. I plan on taking this build to regionals and nationals.

dude, if this is what u call, loving archfiends, then u dont know archfiends at all.first off, u just made his deck into a CC with a skull archfiend of lightning and 2 slate warriors.next, u took out a lot of his good archfiends. and most importantly, u had NO right to flame him.he said it was a quick archfiend deck that he had just made.

allright, this could be a fun idea.using two man cell battle, might be real fun.thats the reason i added an extra falling down, since if u use this right, u will have an archfiend on ur side of the field most of the time.so u will have the monster section under control.
i added some monsters.whenever u get more 5 star or more archfiend monsters, dont be afraid to add at least 5. in archfiend decks, u can have a lot of 5 star or higher monsters.thanks to pandemonium, whenever they are destroyed,(except as a result of battle)bring a 4 star into ur hand.
one of my favorite moves is activate archfiends roar during ur opponents turn, bring out a 5 star or higher archfiend from ur grave and have that monster defend u during that turn and then, let archfiends roar destroy him.cuz then u get to bring out a 4 star monster into ur hand.
thats why lesser fiend is so good with skull archfiend and archfiend of gilfer.cuz u can also search out lesser fiend with skull archfiend or archfiend of gilfer since he has 5 stars. ALSO, U NEED AT LEAST 1 MORE TERRORKING ARCHFIEND!!!!!trust me, u really need it.

the infernal reckless summon is such a sweet idea... that put a tear in my eye.. Now i want to build a Archfiend deck... I never even considered the queen with that card.
you should definately use 2 Terrorking Archfiends...
I really can't get over the Infernal Reckless Summoning trick... I'm sorry this is just gonna be a free bump..
That really does make Archfiends competitive...
i like Dark Ruler Ha Des in Archfiend decks over most other tribute monsters... but, he isn't really needed if you can keep Terrorking on the field most of the time.

not the best of fixes from me but its a solid build for the most part. its just kinda tough to suggest anything when i'm still adjusting to the loss of cyber jar. that really hurt a lot of my favorite archfiend stratigies.
as far as the reckless summon combo, 1: thats incredably hard to pull off. since you can't activate it until reckless's conditions were met and 2 cell man battle works at the end phase and not the standby that you would want for the queen. 2, the only way i can think to pull it off would be to ss queen during standby with arches roar from the grave but i'm not sure reckless would have the right timing in the chain because it would technically resolve before roar would, therefore no moster was ss yet.
