6 tribute monsters in the Zombie/Phoenix deck seems like a lot to me. I would try to add a Treeborn Frog to make tribute summoning a bit easier. The only concern I have about Treeborn Frog is that your Royal Decrees will prevent him from coming back to the field from the graveyard. Good luck at regionals!

ryu and vampire lod can me special summon with pyramid, so I considered it to be 1/2 tribute monster. It is only bad when it is in your hand. like when you draw it instead of pyramid effect. Also with graceful charity back, it also help.

I had the treeborn decked but I take it out because I switch bottomless/sakurestu trap line for the decrees. I wanted to run anti trap. It seem to work better against burn deck.

It's not going to work.

You've got too much going on. Try focusing on one aspect: either phoenix or zombie.

umm...not to point out the obvious or anything...but your Phoenix/Insect deck is kinda missing the...umm...PHOENIX.

well, anyway, Phoenix is a good card, but it doesn't go with EVERYTHING. I'd personally take it out of the decks and make it into its own deck.

CoolKid70 - I don't think it too much. I can usually get the phoenix on the field in two turn with the help of my flying kamakiri. And with graceful charity back, it even better.

Pyromania - lol, you're the first one that spotted the phoenix was missing. I didn't even noticed that. I think phoenix work great in an insect deck, since I'm using the help of flying kamakiri#1 to bring out my hanf of ne.., and flying kamakiri is an insect that can also be special by howling insect. And like I said, with graceful charity back, it even better. deck two MoF for ab.. However I haven't test my phoenix insect deck yet. I'm more to the Phoenix zombie.

Magics look pretty good, The only thing I saw was your traps and you forgot (t.t.)other that that I think you may have 2 many tribute monsters, having to many tributes may leave you with no monster that could defend your life points and since you have taken the no trap way, I don think you will need that much removal (MOBIUS) Looks pretty good 8.5/10 try testing it out without the mobius x2

I think I'll have to disagree with you on this. Mobius is too good of a magic/trap removal monster to pass by. It usually give you a hand advantage. One jinzo and 3 decree doesn't stop trap. Chance of drawing a decree is still pretty low. and even if I get it on the field, chance of it getting destroy is pretty high too with breaker, mst, heavy, and other mobius running about.

the 3 decree trap line is more for battling burner. Might swith it to mirror force,bottomless,trap/sakurestu trap line when facing offensive deck.

cyber dragon is just a beat stick. It is bad when you have monster on the field.
I see you took out my pot of avarice. I think pot of avarice work great here. I can usually get monster in the grave pretty fast.

ceasefire also is great to counter those flip effect monster like MoF for example.
cancel their effect and deal damage, I think it is not bad
I don't know about that T.T. I had it with my other trap line.
