a couple of days ago I read the article Agentmage wrote about declaring the war on the upcoming meta.
First I thought I could run the deck destruction thingy he made with a couple of changes so it would fit my style...
I found out that trample kills the deck... not like.. "oh well, sometimes you win some, other times you lose some..." no, it was more like "sometimes you win some, most of the times you lose big time :O"
so that didn't work...
that's when I started to look through my commons and I found Heart of the Underdog..
I once had a HotU deck, but that was more a fun deck.. this time I wanted to make the deck a little more serious..
and this is what I made after about an hour of testing...

Notice that there are a total of 10 cards in the whole deck that will cause Heart of the Underdog to stop drawing. Also notice the tribute walls, these are great because they'll stand up to anything besides X-Men, DDWL, and Smashing with abandon. They'll buy you all the time you need. Card D: Pot of Avarice may have been a more obvious play, but if you've got a big hand that's less than or equal to the rest of your deck and you don't have everything yet, play it and Reincarnate or Dark Factory the other parts back to your hand. (Set them if you need to.)

add charity thats all i can think of and possibly card destruction and dark factory

I'd swap in Monster Recovery over Magical Mallet in that it would allow you to trigger Heart of the Underdog in your drawphase more often.

Have fun dude. Just a few minor swaps, mainly stat based.

Soul Tiger for Battle Footballer.

Mystical Elf for Giant Soldier of Stone.

Luster Dragon over Gagagigo.

Skull Servant for some bigger normal monster.

All in all it looks pretty good.

hehehe.. that Skull Servant is just for fun... you really should see the faces of my opponents when I discard a Skull Servant :) :)

why would I wanna use DFoMP ??
it's not like I'm gonna discard my exodia parts..
and the other monsters.. I don't really care about them..

card destruction.. hmm.. maybe...

I also noticed that aqua's deck doesn't have any stall in it except for those def monsters...
doesn't that kill you at times ?

It really isnt needed in this deck and it is one less Spell card to draw with Heart of the Underdog.

Dark Factory is there for if (a) One of the parts gets Thestalosed, Donned or Raped out of your hand or (b) if you need a Card Destruction to get the last pieces but you've got some already.
And no, it doesn't. There's very little that can get through a concentrated defense strategy like that consistently.

how is this deck anti meta or meta breaking. this meta is all about advantage through cards like mobius breaker mst heavy storm dust tornado. so what do you do when you cant keep a heart of the under dog on the field that long. also with 31 monsters in this deck your first draw is going to be a lot of monsters so the consistancy of this deck is crap. and why do you have 41 cards in an exodia deck that wants to draw heart of the underdog asap. also I think that one or two monster recoveries would be very helpful for this deck. graceful charity should have found its way into this deck as well. think about it. yes you want heart of the underdog to pretty much go off with out a hitch so graceful charity looks iffy but you need to draw heart of the underdog to be able to use the strategy. also if the head of exodia gets hit by any discarding agent you are done for. you might as well scoop the game right there because you pretty much went through your deck with HOTUD and even if you can stall your opponent out you still have far less cards than they do in your deck. basically what I am saying is if you have head in your hand card destruction is a no go. so it will only help about half of the time because you have a 50/50 percent chance of drawing either one first.

well.. Darknecro.. the current meta in Europe is totally different from the one in the US.
granted, it is about advantage, but here in Europe MCT is very, very popular and also it's all about major beatdown/control..
so this is meta breaking in my region..
