Thats keeping with your Idea and it's down to 40 cards although you might try either spell sheild or BTH in place of that cursed seal
Yo, off the Eradicator Warlock, it's not worth it. If you end up topdecking, which at some point you will, that's the LAST card you want to draw and it'll screw you up for several turns.
With Hand of Nephtys, keep Scapegoats.
Well, you don't have to follow this, it's just my personal touch, because I don't like face-downs. Morphing Jar's good, but it's a risk-taker. For my reasons, which maybe I'll post someday, I'm going to take it out. Asura Priest as the almighty... kill multiple losers in one turn (opponent's s/gs)
More explanation at bottom, after reconstruct.

Zero Gravity
The thing is, Dark Magician's too weak for its cost. So out one and in a Mobius. Destroys two traps when summoned, or Zaborg, kills a monster, whatever's your cup of noodle.
Nobleman of Extermination is outed because it targets face-down magic/trap. If it's one of those 'anytime activators' like Waboku, that card's useless. The rest of the take-outs are because they run redundantly and if your opponent is of a higher fighting standard, then they'll do nothing for you. Ex. Opponent summons Mystic Lv. 2,4,6; there goes a lot of your strategies.
Off a Creature Swap because it requires you to have a monster. If you're losing and topdecking and you draw Creature Swap, you'll be pretty mad. Trust me.
The other "Dark Magician Cards" (Diffusion, Tribute Doll) so on are too card specific. Tribute Doll's good with Phoenix, I know, but it only goes with two cards in the deck.
Uh... PM me for any questions on take-outs, yeah?
Asura Priest is the many monster killer and imagine this. Asura Priest with Axe or Mage Power. Even though it's a one turn boost, if your opponent has a Jinzo and Tribute Monster filled field, it's bye bye to everything, plus lp dmg.
DDWL and Hyper are good because their effects work with attacking or being attacked. Hyper can rid many defenses. If Hyper attacks a face down, for instance, Spirit Reaper or Gyroid, (WHICH JUST WON'T DIE!!!), then boom, it returns to your opp's hand. Why waste a magic, trap, or monster effect when you can sacrifice an insignificant one turn attack?
Gyroid/Spirit Reaper and Twin are good for tributing. They're monsters that'll live or come back so you'll have something on your field.
Gyroid has the effect of wasting your opponents' attacks as well.
Graceful Charity is... well, it'll save you a lot. You can get lucky and draw Dark Magician and Phoenix along with Premature with Call already on the field, allowing you to discard the two and special summong them.
Giant Trunade is self-explanatory, considering Premature Burial and just a one-turn, much needed take down situation which will occur.
Bait Doll is much better as it'll force the activation. If the card's Waboku or Threatening Roar, you wasted their card as opposed to giving them the op to use it later. If it's any other non activateable trap, then boom, you knocked it out. If it's a discard cost, then they HAVE to discard (unless they don't have cards, which the effect won't activate). Plus, it keeps coming back! (Unless negated).
Scapegoat... good for Hand of Nephtys tributes and defense. Especially Creature Swap.
Rush/Axe = 700/1000 boost. Axe is more permanent, but Rush is still very useful. Say your opponent has a 2400 card attacking your 1800 or so monster. You activate Rush, boom, it's 2500, killing their card. It's useable with 9 monsters in the deck and also useful for killing off their Spirit Reapers. Or also, it could be another way use like how I use it: You have 1800 Kycoo or 1900 monster on field. Opponent with Cyber Dragon or Jinzo. You attack. At this point, if they want to activate Magical Cylinders or Sakuretsu, they would. But if they don't, then damage calculation occurs and you activate Rush. Notice, you use Rush AFTER they decide NOT to use traps.
1. Declare Attack
2. Opponent Decides NOT to use traps for attack
3. Rush Recklessly is activated, thus annihilating them
If they use a trap, you can save it for later, blah blah blah.
SST8 will negate equip cards automatically and other magics given a discard. And Zero Grav is good for both offense and defense. Opponent declares attack, boom, all of their attacking in defense position. Or you have Indomitable Fighter Leis or Goblins in defense and Asura or some weaker on field. Weaker attacks first, activate ZG and boom, others can attack.
There's my explanation for additions/subtractions. Have fun! And Good Luck with that deck!
Maybe add Silent Magicians LV. 4 & 8. Also you may have trouble using Dark Magic Attack, unless you can summon Dark Magician and have it easily. If not take it out. Oh! and take out Chaos Cammand Magician for Cybernetic Magician! It's sweet and like my favorite card! :) Exept for Elemental Hero Tempest of course  .
thanks for the help guys. i'll definitely consider all suggestions that were made. if there are any other ideas out there, i'd like to know so that i can make the deck as good as possible.
