Please give me tips on how to make this deck better and more powerfull.

look blue eyes is very playable... the most playable 3000 atk lv8 out there.
however shining is garbage (a dedicated blue eyes+ almost all dragon deck maybe?)and judgeing by how I think this deck is probably built ultimate is never coming out.

This deck design is just simply summoning the blue eyes white dragons as it's win condition. with 3 dust tornados you wind up with a good amount of m/t removal. deck thinning is key to this design since the blue eyes are'nt searchable so getting one in hand becomes a priority. If any faiths get noblemaned it's ok because you'll be deck thining. The same for the logic behind 3 shining angels.

This deck is still lacking something like pot of avarice or cyber dragon though. but I'd encourage you to try this version.
