Welcome back treasure hunters!
We're just about to reach the Enemy of Justice Sneak Preview, that's atleast what my map says. What we you try to get? What wil you trade for? Who will you laugh at because they got a Toon Dark Magician Girl? Let's wait and find out, stick around. Today it's EOJ Cyber Special, we're heading to the gym to seek the hottest gymnasts and bring them here for a full examination! (Plus one more secret card at the end)
Cyber Tutu
Earth/Warrior/3
1000/800 When the ATK of all monster(s) on your opponent's side of the field is higher than this card's ATK points, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly.
This seems interesting, and not very situational at all.
First this is an EARTH-Warrior, Level 3, fits VERY nice with Level Limit - Area B, Gravity Bind, and can be easily searched out by Giant Rat and Sangan, in addition to the great advantage Reinforcement of the Army gives. This card reminds me of Inaba White Rabbit, a hit-and-run card, somewhat like this, except it doesn't run! This card dances all the way to your opponent's life points and strikes again and again with a tanacious 1000 ATK points. Along with other low-levelers, and ofcourse with Raging Flame Sprite which is a great combination to this card, you can take out your opponent in now time. They WILL be beat by a girl.
How to get to the point where your opponent has monsters with more ATK than Cyber Tutu? Because after all, aslong as they summon even a tiny Magician of Faith it ruins the whole deal. First you can ensure your safety with so many VERY GOOD(!) Combos I came up with. Ofcourse, your deck will probably have some neat Warriors and high attackers. Creature Swap them! You take the weak ones, your opponent takes the strong ones, and you'll all fine! Ready and loaded to attack your opponent's life points! Other very cool deal that goes very nice with Raging Flame Sprite is Lava Golem! Lava Golem has a spankin' 3000 ATK points that most monsters cannot compete with, you just sit and give your opponent 2000 Damage a turn! And with Flame Sprite it's pretty much an open and shut case!
This card is released as a COMMON (!!!) in Enemy of Justice, make sure you got and grab a few copies.
Cyber Gymnast
Earth/Warrior/4
800/1800 By discarding 1 card from your hand, you can select 1 Attack-Position monster on your opponent's side of the field and destroy it. This effect can only be used once during your turn, during your main phase
Wow...Did Tribe-Infecting Virus have a sex change operation?
TIV is back from the dead in a reincarnation of a Gymnast, this time it's ready to rock!
Not much to tell you about this card, it gets priority just like Tribe Infecting Virus, you even SELECT the monster and not call a type, that way you can specify your choices and narrow down the options. The only downside is that it only destroys 1 monster at a time, but you know . . . it beats dealing with these D. D. Sisters and Cyber Dragons!
This card is also out as a common, better get this before it gets Limited!
Searchlightman
Light/Machine/3
1000/1000 FLIP: Your opponent cannot set card(s) until the end of his/her next turn
Light, Machine, Level 3.
Very-very basic, searchable, tsuky-ble, and delicious-...able...
This card can be heavily abused with, let's say . . . it can fit well in your Cyber Tutu deck when you strike your opponent each time and don't want to hit a Sakuretsu or even worse, a Mirror Force.
This card can work like magic (Or Spell?) with Tsukyomi's effect, flippidy-flop SearchLight Abuse (POST IT!), maybe it's such a great combo it'll stick, and even get into the scary list because of this. Hopefully, you guys can use this combo every time you want and enjoy it. And what do you know? It's ALSO out as a Common, better get it with a tsuky!
That's all folks,
This has been a great ride, Lucky Number 7 has proved itself yet again. Head on to the preview and get your hands on these commons, it can't be THAT hard!
Enjoy it!
If in Sealed Deck, I would favor Cyber Gymnast to be a top card next to the Lightning Gears, especially the 1000 attacker and the big 2400 hitter... Some EOJ cards I think are to enforce new E-Hero fusions especially making Counter Trap Cards more playable (the most playable Counter Traps are Magic Drain, Solemn Judgment, Spell Shield Type-8, and Magic Jammer). I'm acutually hunting some of the new Cyber cards myself, especially Cyber Phoenix, as its effect is very cool.
Yeah, EOJ is going to be very nice. I'm looking forward to Kickback, a counter trap that negates the summoning of a monster and returns it to their hand. talk about a major replacement for Horn of Heaven and Kickback can stop Jinzo like Horn of Heaven/Solemn Judgement. I just wonder if they'll still loose the monter the tributed to try and get out their Jinzo with if you used Kickback to negate the summon.
I think they relaese them commons because they are half-crap!
Cyber Tutu
If you protect him using Level Limit -AB and Searchlightman + Tsuku, it took 4!!!4 cards to use them. With 3 cards can be done OTKs, so shut up about this.
When realms was out i spend my time on pojo.with lot of different vievs.
Unless your opponent smashs Cyber Gymnastics, you end -1.
Her ATK is too low to get abuse. You'll kill your hand at most times(expect that when you use his effect to clear field, then play call/premature and tribute him/tribute both for Dmoc.)that is the only useful way to use him.
almost everyone will prefer Exiled Force
Sorry if my post looked agressive , but I not belive staff writers words are always right.Sorry if you're dissapointed.
But I think you're wrong about these cards.
Searchlightman will see play in Chaos decks and Cyber Gymnastics in tribute-decks
and Cyber Tutu in LL -AB decks, but to try them combing with 3 other cards, you'll end up topdecker or loser.(or people with Jaden Yuki luck :D)
Try not telling me to shut up, it's not really nice since I'm only posting my article to give good information and I don't think you can come here and tell me to shut up.
Anyway, I'm not disappointed at all, everyone's got their opinion. If you think Cyber Tutu is half-crap . . . that's your problem. Many people will see it as a card with awesome potential, and you don't. Exiled Force is much better, but it's 1-time use. Cyber Gymnast is multi-purpose.
Glad that you think I'm wrong. Besides that it's only your opinion, nobody's perfect :)

I do believe most of the things that the staff writers says, because they useally come out true.Cyber Tutu is gonna be a good card because u could combo it with level limit, and Gravity bind and also there is Rageing Flame Sprite and other good mosnters that can attack directly.Flame Sprite,Tutu...and other I jsut thyink that thered needs to be ways to protect it becasue a 1000 attack powered card isnt hard to get rid of compared to a 2100 cyber dragon.

Whats that called where you arent allowed to voice your opinion openly about any issue at all? Oh, right, a dictatorship. Considering this isnt, you should try to hold your tongue.
hey you guys! quit telling darkflare to shut up and let him share his information. if he needs to tell people let him, don't ridicule darkflare for doing it. i happen to find darkflare's info enlightening so just chill out and let him do his job.
I think they relaese them commons because they are half-crap!

I agree with everyone here X. if you're going to state your opinions, at least state them in a mature and civilized manner. and as for saying something like that, well i'm not going to be so nice. YOU'VE GOT NERVE. if you want to be so tough and think you're so great. why don't you write an article or even be a staff writer, then maybe people might consider what garbage you speak to hold significance (sorry if my spelling's off with that word). I've been playing the game for almost 10 years now and to be honest, the strongest cards are the ones most don't expect, namely, the "weaker" ones you claim. and you can actually perform a multi card combo. I've won 3 tournaments straight with a Huge revolution deck so don't tell anyone it "Cant be done". all cards are good, but a great duelist is determined by the way they use their knowledge to combine the right strategy through the deck...win or lose. if you can blow someone's mind, then yeah, you did your job. so...until you can learn to keep an open mind about things, i suggest you back off and don't mouth off to other people and their articles.
Searchlightman is somewhat like cold wave, but has poor stats and an underpowered effect.
Cyber Tutu is really weak and will probably end up failing to attack directly as often as succeeding.
Cyber Gymnast is a rather nice addition to warrior builds that favor Divine Sword Phoenix Blade as a method of gaining advantage, but its weak attack power hinders it.
As a new set, Enemy of Justice promises stronger cards than the last set. It also has a promo that's worth getting: the only type C toon. Kickback, Artemis, the Lightning Gears, Macrocosmos and the declarers are all rather good additions to the game.
Common cards shouldn't be discounted simply because of their rarity either. Magical Scientist, Smashing Ground, Sakuretsu Armor, even Yata-Garasu was printed as a common in Japan and reprinted as a common here.
Mr. Guy, if X's opinion is that someone else's opinion is invalid, who are you to say that X can't voice it?
