Pop out the Kycoos and put in some Horus 4s! Get the family together. If you need to look at a "Horus" deck (even though I don't 'technically' run one, I do more of a LV deck) check out my deck and the "you can't do anything" deck from burnie_blaze.

He's got an excellent record on his deck and recently, I won a tourny undefeated with mine.

Those changes should make your deck run pretty consistent. if you want to run 3 royal decrees change the bait doll to a nobleman of extermination and put in one other nobleman of extermination... You'll probably find that you'll usually win with Horus Level 6... Sometimes i don't even want to put Level 8 in. IMO your deck was pretty good, your spell selection was kind of holding back your Horus from leveling up.... if you don't want to run level 4 put your Kycoo's back in, but make sure you have Twin - headed behemoth so you have tribute fodder other than treeborn frog. I know I don't usually have monsters on the field to tribute for come my turn. Well, unless i build the deck to specifically have some tribute monsters. Oh and you should also try for some brain controls ( they're commons)
