I just have a question about the effect of magical blast. When you use a card and put it in the graveyard, then activate reckless greed, and on your next draw phase take magical blast does that count as one of the two turns for reckless greed?

You wouldn't be able to add magical blast to your hand. Reckless greed makes you skip your draw phase for two turns, magical blast can only be added to your hand by its effect during your draw phase. So, no draw phase=no magical blast

The only way to be able to take Magic Blast back from your Graveyard is if you give up your "Normal Draw" during your Draw Phase.

Effects that force you to skip your Draw Phase or do not allow you to draw a card that turn makes it impossible to give up your "Normal Draw".

You need to be able to fulfill being able to have a Draw Phase AND drawing a card to be able to take back Magic Blast, just like with Freed the Matchless General and taking a Level 4 or lower Warrior from your Deck to your hand.
