Jinzo does NOT stop "lingering" card effects after they have already resolved.
Things like Waboku, Threatening Roar, Thunder of Ruler, Ojama Trio and such do not get negated if they resolve successfully, even if Jinzo or Royal Decree is activated later in the same turn.
There is still no official ruling on Wildheart vs Threatning Roar and we are still waiting for an answer.
Waboku vs Wildheart:
If "Waboku" is activated, its effect is still applied to any damage calculation involving "Elemental Hero Wildheart". This is because "Waboku" is affecting the damage and is not affecting "Elemental Hero Wildheart".
Yep...Wildman/"heart" vs. Threatening Roar is still a very debated topic...some players believe it affects the player his/herself while others believe it's for monsters....
ooh, could you point me in the direction of that answer mortals. I seemed to have missed the final conclusion on that. Is it available on the Judge's list? I just want to be able to read the logic behind it.

Simon and I asked Dan about it during an SJC and he told us that Threatening Roar only affects the player, so Wildheart can't attack.
I will try to look for a posted answer tho, however we should abide by the rule that Dan gave us.
unless of course wildheart attacks then u activate threatening roar cause this is wat it says at UDE under the link I gave in my last post
THREATENING ROAR
You can activate “Threatening Roar” in response to an attack, but the attack has already been declared so it will resolve normally. After that, your opponent cannot attack for the rest of the turn.
You cannot activate “Threatening Roar” during your own turn.
Unfortunately that doesn't exactly address the issue since neither of the specific rulings for Wildheart or Threatening Roar directly addressed the question that was bothering everyone.
Don't get me wrong, Im glad to know there has been an official stance put up on that, but I know more than a few people that will require specific printed proof in order to believe that the world is round, not flat. And those rules, so far, haven't been able to cover it.
This is the same thing with what I had said earlier in regards to Last Will. I've gotten the direct word from Dan and I have no reason to lie about it. You can honestly take my word for what its worth and I will submit something to the judge list to be answered.
The stance, yes it has been given, but that as many other things is not yet "official", im not debating Dan's answer (heck that was my stand point from the getgo), but just as the Last Will errata issue sometime ago, it might be very official "unofficial", but it still is not posted anywhere which still makes it more unofficial than official.
Last Will has already been addressed and posted on the FAQ
He's referencing from when you and I told everybody about the Last Will ruling from Dan and Kevin.
We were giving out the ruling having heard it from them, but nobody would take our word for it because it wasn't posted anywhere and thus being "unofficial." In the minds of many, if it's not online or in print, it's not worth much. He's just comparing these two situations.
Yes, Last Will's errata has been posted, but since the specific ruling for Wildheart vs. Threatening Roar hasn't been posted on the list or FAQ it's still being "debated" and no "official" word has been given to the masses (even thought we know better).
I am familiar enough with you, Magus, Mortals, and deck wraith to totally take your word on this too. There isn't any reason for you to invent something like that.
I just wish it was that easy to convince everyone else I know of this matter.
However, Im pretty comfortable in making my apologies. I was wrong! Se la vie (not like its the first time, right?) Deck_wraith: 1, sQuid: 0
