1.- Can you use the effect "You can substitute this card for any 1 Fusion-Material Monster" of "King Of The Swamp" if it is on your hand?
2.- If i discard "King Of The Swamp" by the effect of "Graceful Charity" can i search for a "Porlymerization"?
1. Yes, since it's being treated as a substitute for a Fusion Material Monster and a basic rule of Fusion is, unless it states otherwise on the Fusion Magic Card itself, it can be from your hand and/or the field.
2. You cannot "mix" effects and costs like that together unless forced (like Tributing a monster with Cannon Soldier and using Last Will)
You either have to declare that they're discarding King of the Swamps to activate its effect and retrieve Polymerization from your Deck and adding it to your hand or simply discard it via Graceful Charity and not get its effect at all.
1.- Can i use "King of the Swamp" as a substitute for a Warrior-Type monster for the summon of "UFOroid Fighter"? and as a substitute for a Machine-Type for the upcoming "Chimeratech Over Dragon"?
2.- The effect of "King Of The Swamp" applyes when it is on the deck/graveyard/removed for the game, etc.???

Since when can't you use cannon soldier and last will? As I remember cannon soldier has the same offering effect as capapult turtle, and both of them were used in conjunction with last will to pull the Scientist FTK.

1.
UFOroid" + 1 Warrior-Type monster A Fusion Summon of this card can only be conducted with the above Fusion Material Monsters. The original ATK and DEF of this card become equal to the combined original ATK of the 2 Fusion Material Monsters you used for the Fusion Summon of this card.
So no...
2, If you mean the Fusion Substitute part, unless it states otherwise somewhere, yes it counts.
And, Yache, I never said it DOESN'T Work. I merely gave an example of when it CAN work.
Last Will triggers automatically as soon as a monster goes from your field to the Graveyard, meaning you CAN "mix" it with Cannon Soldier because you're "forced" to at that point in time.
With regards to the new rulings on Last Will, HalfDemonInuyas, your not forced to use the effect of Last Will right away.
You could use your example of Activating Last Will, and then using Cannon Solider's effect, and waiting till the battle phase to resolve Last Will and special summon a monster.

You have to decide whether or not to Special Summon a monster right when a monster goes from your field to the Graveyard.
If you do not do it at that time, you lose the chance to use it, so the next time a monster goes, you can't use it.

That is why you are "forced" to use Last Will.
Careful . . .
