If i summon a monster and then my opponent activates torrential tributes, i chain book of moon to my monster, does it mean that torrential miss the timing? Or the effect still resolves and destroy my monster?

Torrential could never miss the timing in this case because, as you stated yourself, it was already activated....missing the timing means it misses the chance to be activated at all....so it still resolves and destroys your monster.

Torrential Tribute does not miss any timing. You, as the turn player stiill summoned a monster and your opponent is able to respond to the summon with Torrential Tribute

What about traphole and bottomless? is it the same as torrential?

In the case of Trap Hole and Bottomless Trap Hole...

If Book of Moon is used on the target of Trap Hole, it will resolve without effect and the monster will not be destroyed.

In the case of Bottomless Trap Hole....
