Lol, maybe if you read the rule book once in awhile you wouldnt forget it.Equipment card can only be played on a face -up for example.I play Pre-Mature Burial and i take my monster back i end my turn. It goes to your opponent and they play Giant Trunade you get pre-mature because it goes to your hand and your monster stay because it wasnt destroyed.
Now for the face-down thing i do believe snatch steal say FACE-UP lol read the dang card.
Ok I have a question then, (sorry to jack your thread but it is on topic) I went to a tourney today and I had mage of Faith facedown, the guy snatched it and I brought over the ref and all ancd he said it is in the errata. What the heck is the Errata, also did I get robbed of my box of SOI packs? Because I lost because of that.

An errata is a change to card text because...
A.) There was a translation error in previous printings of the card
or
B.) Help understand the card better
Snatch Steal
Equipment Magic
Take control of a monster on your opponent's side of the field that is equipped with this card. Increase your opponent's Life Points by 1000 points during each of their Standby Phases.
This is what the errata was changed to with later releases of Snatch Steal.
The previous text merely said "Take control of a face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field" but lacked any "Equipped" text to it so some people thought that if you activated it or it left the field, they kept control of the monster. With the "Equipped" text added, now that incident doesn't take place as much anymore.

Oh and by the way, the Judge was wrong still, even with the errata Snatch Steal is still played the same way. So your opponent could not possibly steal your face-down MoF.
