Hey guys, a few ruling questions in here. Please help.
Question 1: I was wondering, if I attack my opponent and they activate waboku, if my attack is higher than their defence, or my attack is higher than their attack (while in attack position), is their monster still destroyed yet not battle damage right? My friend says that his monsters aren't destroyed if he activates it but I think they are he just doesen't take damage, who is right?
Question 2: If you use Elemental Hero Necroid Shaman's effect to destroy one monster on your opponents side of the field, can you special summon the same monster that you destroyed back with his second ability. My friend thinks you can but someone else said he couldn't.
Question 3: If morphing jar #2 is activated, do my other face down monsters get their flip effect before they go back into the deck?
Question 4: If dice jar's activated and I lose the roll, can I use barrel behind the door in response to send the damage I would take to my opponent?
Question 5: If wroughtweiler is sent to the graveyard as a result of battle, if you have polymerization or just elemental heroes, but not both, do you get either effect, just take polymerization and no elemental heroes, elemental heroes and not polymerization, or neither?
Question 6: If I have a clock tower prison with 4 counters on it and want to destroy it to get dread master out, can I destroy it just by declaring I destroy it, or must I use a card effect? If I must use a card effect, if I have another clock tower prison in my hand, can I replace the clock tower prison with counters on it for the clock tower in my hand and use the effect of the first prison?
Question 7: If you use elemental hero wild Edges effect, must you attack every single monster on their side of the field or just choose which ones you want to?
Question 8: If horus the black flame dragon lv 8 is on the field, does it negate all spell, or just ones that you choose?
Question 9: And my friend is almost positive this cannot work, but just wants to make sure. If rampart blaster is in defence, can it choose to attack regular and not directly or if its in defence can it only attack directly and halve its attack?
Thanks for all the help just answer any or all the questions you can and if you can please list reasons why you are not able/able to use the effects. Thanks again!

As per the rulings, your monsters do not die from combat if Woboku is activated.

There is nothing stating you cannot, and the rulings do not say you can't, so... yes, you can.

Question 3: If morphing jar #2 is activated, do my other face down monsters get their flip effect before they go back into the deck?
No, as they are never flipped face up during the resolution of Morphing Jar #2.

Question 4: If dice jar's activated and I lose the roll, can I use barrel behind the door in response to send the damage I would take to my opponent?
From the Ruling FAQ:
You cannot activate "Barrel Behind the Door" against effects if you don’t know for certain that they will inflict damage when the effect is activated. So you cannot activate it against "Dice Jar", "Judgment of Anubis", "Time Wizard" or "Ante". Your cannot activate "Barrel Behind the Door" against "Ceasefire" if all monsters on the field are face-down, or if all monsters on the field are face-up Normal Monsters, but you can activate it against "Ceasefire" if there is at least 1 face-up Effect Monster on the field.

Question 5: If wroughtweiler is sent to the graveyard as a result of battle, if you have polymerization or just elemental heroes, but not both, do you get either effect, just take polymerization and no elemental heroes, elemental heroes and not polymerization, or neither?
Neither. You must have 1 polymerization and 1 elemental hero in your graveyawrd to use the effect.

If I must use a card effect, if I have another clock tower prison in my hand, can I replace the clock tower prison with counters on it for the clock tower in my hand and use the effect of the first prison?
No. Clock Tower must be destroyed by a card effect. However: If “Clock Tower Prison” with 4 or more Clock Counters is destroyed because a new Field Spell Card is activated, “Clock Tower Prison’s” effect will activate. (taken from the rulings FAQ)

Question 7: If you use elemental hero wild Edges effect, must you attack every single monster on their side of the field or just choose which ones you want to?
EDIT: After reviewing the card and the rulings, I would say, no, you are not obligated to attack every monster. However, you cannot attack one monster, attack with something else, then choose to attack with Wildedge again, nor can you attack the opponent's life points directly with Wildedge after attacking all his monsters.

Question 8: If horus the black flame dragon lv 8 is on the field, does it negate all spell, or just ones that you choose?
Just the ones you choose.

Question 9: And my friend is almost positive this cannot work, but just wants to make sure. If rampart blaster is in defence, can it choose to attack regular and not directly or if its in defence can it only attack directly and halve its attack?
If it is in defense mode, it can only attack your opponent's life points directly and have its ATK halved doing so.
Question 5 answer:ifu have both u get one of each.............but if u have one of them u just get one of them.
Question 6 answer:you can say i want to destroy it and get ur dreadmaster out but if the counter gets on there doing there turn u cant activat its effect till ur turn.
New wording for Waboku
Waboku
Normal Trap
You take no Battle Damage this turn. Your monsters cannot be destroyed as a result of battle this turn.
Question 2: If you use Elemental Hero Necroid Shaman's effect to destroy one monster on your opponents side of the field, can you special summon the same monster that you destroyed back with his second ability. My friend thinks you can but someone else said he couldn't.
The monster gets destroyed first and THEN after the monster is destroyed and would now be in the Graveyard, you Special Summon one back, so in this case you can Special Summon back the same monster.
Question 3: If morphing jar #2 is activated, do my other face down monsters get their flip effect before they go back into the deck?
No...because it never says anything about flipping monster's face-up. Unless...
A.) They are attacked and the attack is successful (meaning it reaches the Damage Step)
B.) A card effect specifically says to flip them
In this case, there is nothing stating that monsters get flipped face-up.
Question 4: If dice jar's activated and I lose the roll, can I use barrel behind the door in response to send the damage I would take to my opponent?
As stated above...
You cannot activate "Barrel Behind the Door" against effects if you don’t know for certain that they will inflict damage when the effect is activated. So you cannot activate it against "Dice Jar" , "Judgment of Anubis", "Time Wizard" or "Ante".
You do not get the effect if you do NOT have both. You must have at least 1 "Elemental Hero" AND 1 "Polymerization" to take back. If you just have one or the other, it resolves without effect and you take nothing back.
Netrep/UDE
If the necessary 2 cards are not in the Graveyard when the effect of "Wroughtweiler" resolves, the effect disappears. Even if the effect cannot resolve, it still starts a chain.
You cannot "manually" destroy cards like that. Just like you cannot "illegally" activate m/t cards JUST to make room for other one's. You must use a card effect of some kind that specifically "destroys" it or for someone to activate another Field Magic Card.
UDE/Netrep
"If "Clock Tower Prison" with 4 or more Clock Counters is destroyed because a new Field Spell Card is activated, "Clock Tower Prison's" effect will activate."
Question 7: If you use elemental hero wild Edges effect, must you attack every single monster on their side of the field or just choose which ones you want to?
The text says it all...
"This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. This card can attack all monsters on your opponent's side of the field once each."
It's exactly like Asura Priest...(in terms of its attacking rules, basically, just replace "Asura Priest" with "Elemental Hero Wildedge")
"Asura Priest" may attack directly if it has not already attacked a monster this turn.
"Asura Priest" cannot attack a monster if it has already attacked directly this turn. For example, the opponent activates "Call of the Haunted" or "Scapegoat" after "Asura Priest" has completed a direct attack.
"Asura Priest" may attack each monster only once. If the opponent controls "Spirit Reaper" you cannot continually attack it.
When cards like "Gravekeeper's Servant" or "Toll" are active on the field, you must pay each time "Asura Priest" attacks.
"Asura Priest" attacks each monster one a time. Resolve the battle with one monster before declaring an attack on another monster.
"Asura Priest" does not have to attack all monsters on your opponent's side of the field. If you opponent controls 3 monsters, you may choose to attack only 2 of them.
When "Asura Priest" attacks and destroys "Giant Rat" or "Masked Dragon", you may then attack the monster Special Summoned by the effect of those monsters.
After "Asura Priest" has attacked monsters, other monsters you control may still attack directly.
"Asura Priest" can attack each monster once during the same Battle Phase. These attacks do not have to be all in a row. For example, you can attack monsters with "Asura Priest", then attack with another monster, and "Asura Priest" can still attack again as long as it attacks a monster it has not attacked yet.
Question 8: If horus the black flame dragon lv 8 is on the field, does it negate all spell, or just ones that you choose?
Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8
Fire/Dragon/8/3000/1800
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6". While this card remains face-up on your side of the field, you can negate the activation and effect of any Spell Cards and destroy them.
Silent Swordsman LV7
Light/Warrior/7/2800/1000
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Silent Swordsman LV5". As long as this card remains face-up on your side of the field, negate the effects of all Spell Cards on the field.
See the difference???? Horus only let's you negate what Magic Cards gets activated (played straight from the hand) after it is face-up on the field while things like Silent Swordsman LV7 or Spell Canceller do not give you ANY choice in the matter and just negate all Magic Cards.
Question 9: And my friend is almost positive this cannot work, but just wants to make sure. If rampart blaster is in defence, can it choose to attack regular and not directly or if its in defence can it only attack directly and halve its attack?
You can only attack directly if she is in Defense with half the battle damage done. It's not like Total Defense Shogun.
